            December 8th my power was disconnected for a bill that was due on November 22nd.. I had just received a bill that shows my disconnect date as January 2.. they cut my power off just before 5 o clock on a Friday while Im trying to cook my family dinner. My past due amount was $113 dollars, these sorry people are willing to put a family in the cold and without power over $113 that is less then 20 days past due. They are now saying I will have to pay $174 to have my power turned back on, I do not have that at the moment. So they are are charging me an extra 60 dollars for power that the bill THEY just sent to me says disconnect wont happen until the 2nd of January and its only the 8th of December. This busy is heartless, corrupt and needs to be looked into. Im constantly having issues with this business and they are doing shady things that should not be allowed. I would like to receive a credit of atleast 61 dollars for the disconnect fee that was completely unreasonable and unnecessary. Ive never heard of a power company turning someones power off in the middle of winter over $113 dollars that is 16 days past due.
