            Purchased a ATV from the company in 10/20/20 and had to return the ATV due to making sounds for repairs February 2021 and have been visiting the store and attempting to talk with owner. There has still been no response from the owner about my repairs for the device. I notified the owner to let them know, I would like a refund and still no response. I have called the company CFMOTO and spoke with a manager and still no response from anyone about the repairs or refund. Crappie Depot, located at 1775 Hwy 6 East, Batesville MS 38606, has been very difficult and dishonest. As a customer, I feel something should be done about this matter. The company is very disloyal to customers. Owner sold me the ATV as NEW. Once contacting a lawyer about the company, I was told that the ATV was not new, due to having 57 hours used. The ATV has been sitting outside of Crappie Depot for several months. It was later moved to the mechanic shop, and is still sitting outside with no repairs completed. The ATV has been in Crappie Depot's possession for a year now and they have failed to communicate in regards to a solution.

            i took my boat to have it worked on ,boat was overheating. owner; ***** assured me the boat was fixed the first time . i took the boat out in good faith from the owner at crappie depot and boat was still not running right. i took boat back again and paid them twice! boat is still overheating. thye assured me boat was fixed after they did a lake test. i have paid twice for the same job and boat still isnt fixed! keep in mind , this boat is still under warranty and has only 226 hours on it! 2017 stratos! i called and complained , they dont do good work and there word is no good! beware!!!05/7/2023
