  Upon applying for an apartment I learned that Biloxi Shores LLC tagged my name through a credit bureau for owing them money, when my name wasn't on a lease to owe them money. Upon calling the business, I was answered Upon a rude property manager, which who I was just trying to get information from on how to fix them and or find out how much money they say I owe them, she wouldn't stop talking long enough for me to even tell her what I needed, and then in the middle of me saying that she wouldn't even let me speak to know what I need, she says have a nice day and hangs Up on me. This isn't right, professional, or in my eyes legal, I would like someone to reach out to find out what can be done about this, and I promise you I'm not the only one. The entire coastal region in which I live who have ever I've there don't have any good things or legal things to say about this business? Do I need to get a lawyer? Do I need to file a case in court? All I'm trying to do is clear my name, and they aren't willing to help with that matter!

  *************************** called my office and proceeded to tell me that she should not have a balance on her credit. I explained that her & *************************** was evicted and had a lock out. They owe a balance of $950.00. I told her we do not handle past due balances in house. I told her to call FCO which information is located below. She started yelling about how this is keeping her from getting a place to live and I told her to have a good day.

  If the former resident contacts you, please direct them to call FCO at ************
  It is best practice to not engage with the former resident or accept payment, rather reiterate the account has been placed with FCO and to direct the former resident contact FCO at ************

  I also wanted to state that *************************** was evicted from a different apartment than ***************************. She was evicted by the previous management company then when we bought the property she moved in with ***************************. Which I filed on his credit ONLY for Apt 47 since she was not on the lease. Her eviction was with a different management company and I do not know what credit company they used to file on her.
