My A/C died a week ago. These guys zoomed in, checked it out & confirmed it couldn't be revived. They couldn't put in the new unit until Monday. I thought I could wait til then, but OMG at night it was 92 inside. Friday I broke down & they brought me 3 portable Standing A/C ********* was saved. My New Unit was put in as promised on Monday (today). All I can say is, Yeeeehaaaa. Thanks *********************, ******************************************************* for coming in early, tearing down & removing the ole unit & putting in my New Rheem unit inside & out with a smart thermostat in & getting er done before 1:30 pm.These guys are THE BEST 24 HRS / 7 DAYS A WEEK. This was the BEST HVAC BUSINESS INTERACTION I HAVE EVER HAD. Southern Style Heating & Air and its technicians/Owner were amazing. Full disclosure, immediate responses to inquiries, concerns, and always with a full explanation to educate me on my options, my unit, and why and what was being suggested - quite simply the most stress-free HVAC experience I have ever had. Not only did they come evaluate my unit at the end of their work day (close to 8pm), they offered a stand-alone room A/C unit to provide cooling relief for the night, explained what the problem was, how it could be fixed, and offered suggestions for alternative options for upcoming maintenance/unit performance/updated regulations, AND I was educated on policies, insurance options, and write-off opportunities to file for tax options if I selected certain options. I truly felt like I was being well educated on my options, received an explanation of those options, and they gave me the opportunity to make my own decision on which path to take, without being condescending or patronizing about it. After owning numerous homes, living in over 14 different states, and coming across so many other HCAV businesses with shoddy work, shady charges and estimates, insane price mark-ups and padding of expenses, no explanation of work orders, and crappy customer service? Southern Style Heating & Air and Corey were literally a breath of fresh air. Excellent business practices, customer service, and work ethic. Absolutely amazing. I won't be using anyone else, and quite frankly despite their extremely competitive rates - For that service? I would have gladly paid more. They truly work out of interest for their customers, and not for greed. It was refreshing.

I have so much to say about this business & the young man who came to my house tonight & thoroughly cleaned my outside & inside units. Added freon & replaced an item that was about to fail. He got here after 530 pm & just left about 930 pm. He explained all the maintenance & repairs he was about to do & afterwards walked me thru the entire procedures. He advised me of the possibility of other problems that could occur in a year or two & was helpful in showing me what costs I might have to overtake soon. He wanted to clean up inside where some wood shavings had fallen from the attic when my roof was recently replaced & I wouldn't allow it.. He needed to get home to his family. Thanks ***** for the quick response, good work, politeness, kindness & providing me with A/C that is now cooling my residence.

I was so very satisfied with the efficiency of ***** and this company! Was at my house the same day I called and had me back in cool air in the middle of 99 degree weather by the end of the day at a very respectable price. I highly recommend!

My AC unit that’s not even 2 years old developed a leak and leaked all my Freon. After calling the warranty folks and getting a lot of run arounds I contacted Southern Style Heating and Air who not only fixed my AC but because of tight schedule brought me two portable units to keep my house cool until they were able to come out. If you’re looking for reasoning prices and one of the best customer service I’ve received in a long time give them a call! I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. They’re now the only ones I’ll call for all my future AC needs.

After being stationed in Biloxi for 14 years… this is the ONLY company I would EVER trust to do anything for my heating and air system. They came and did a complete change out of my system just days after doing an estimate. I’ve had service calls that were overpriced, shoddy patchwork that gave me no information on my situation.. just a recommendation that if anything went wrong to contact them. When that failed, I had another call that resulted in my external unit being fully disconnected and parts stolen from it. I have no experience with anything like this and had no idea.. The professionalism and quality of work is unmatched with Southern Style Heating & Air LLC. They are the only ones I wanted to come and do the replacement of my system. *****, **** and ***** all have the attention to detail and work ethic that I know I can fully trust and depend on. This will be the only company I EVER recommend to anyone. 10/10!
