I had the worse experience with them. My baby went in for anesthesia her oxygen level drop. Wasn't informed into 30 mins to an hour later that they wasn't going to do the procedure after they told us everything was fine. I was refunded my money for the anesthesia but not for the procedure and I informed them that we wanted to go a different route but they kept trying to persuade me to do it an a hospital setting. I no longer trust you. My daughter pediatric said since she was only four she recommends all those procedure to be done in a hospital initially. I requested a refund they didn't want to.give wanted me to stay with them and go with a procedure at this point is unsafe. They tried to say it was sleep apnea the reason why but she was checked and nothing it was because they gave my baby two doses of anesthia. I requested another refund two weeks today. They said it will be processed and sent out Tuesday. Mail in city is one day. I called Friday they was close. Called Monday she said that it was mailed out Thurs. Called Tuesday found out they had the wrong city and zip code. The lady told me it was no city on file just the zip code. Now we was referred from my dentist. My information is correct. Not adding up. So the book keeper calls me and she was very rude, inconsiderate and showed no real remorse (she was acting like a Karen) I have been waiting on a refund to get my baby procedure done somewhere else. So why wasn't the check left at the office. After I was told on last Tuesday that the payment would be stopped. Yes it was a holiday Thursday. But Tuesday I was told that I would get a call and nothing. So I asked them could she drop the check off at the office sometime today so I can pick it up or could I meet her since she has the check book for the dentist. She was nasty rude and obviously don't understand I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a $1200 check to be returned. I didn't receive the service. I paid with my debit card so the money could have been refunded the same way. Everything has been unprofessional and disheartening. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. And I have to make sure now they didn't charge my insurance as well.
