    According to information in BBB files, this company has a pattern of complaint alleging delivery issues, customer service issues, and refund issues. Specifically, complaints indicate once the product is ordered and paid for, the company fails to ship the ordered merchandise as promised. Complaints further allege when consumers attempt to contact the business by phone to determine the status of their order, the phone number does not exist. Also, emails are returned with a message, "Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address stating the account does not exist." On December 14, 2023, BBB contacted the company seeking their voluntary cooperation in eliminating the pattern of complaint. 

    BBB did not receive a business response. BBB will continue to monitor this company's efforts. This aspect of the business profile will be updated once additional information becomes available.

    On February 21, 2024 Southern Wildlife Outfitters, LLC responded to BBB and provided the following statement to address the pattern of customer complaints:

    I appreciate the opportunity to provide a detailed response to address and eliminate the pattern of customer complaints identified in BBB's correspondence dated December 15, 2023.

    To rectify these concerns, we have implemented several measures:

    1. Enhanced Email System: We have upgraded our email system to be more organized and advanced. This improvement ensures efficient communication with customers, addressing queries promptly and minimizing potential misunderstandings.

    2. Updated Shipping Policy: Our shipping policy is now regularly reviewed and updated to accurately reflect our average order delivery timeline;. This transparency aims to set clear expectations for our customers, reducing dissatisfaction related to delivery times.

    3. Self-Return System: We have integrated a self-return system into our online store, allowing customers to easily request refunds or exchanges. This streamlined process enhances customer experience by providing a convenient and user-friendly solution for handling returns, thereby addressing concerns about product satisfaction.

    These initiatives are designed to improve our overall customer service and satisfaction. We remain committed to ensuring a positive experience for every customer and appreciate the opportunity to demonstrate our dedication to resolving these matters.

    Still trying to get in touch with this company about an order I placed for my nephew a Christmas gift. They will not respond to any messages on FB or email and have already taken money from my account. When I type in my order number it says no order placed but I have the screenshot of where they took the money from my account with no problem. Just want my $51.00 worth of stuff or my money back
