Ive owned pools for over 25 years and know what a hassle and nightmare they can be. ***** was my favorite tech with her former employer, by far. She is thorough and keeps you updated and aware. When she left that company, my service slowly got worse and worse until this past 4th of July holiday and my sons birthday, I had a pool that had turned into a frog pond. They failed to even service me that week. After 4 days, they finally got back to me. Told me my salt generator had been down for a month and that they had been using chlorine tabs. Had they told me my salt cell needed replace I wouldve replaced it. No one ever told me anything. To top it off, all they were doing apparently was shocking it every week. I never saw a chlorine tab one in my skimmers like they claimed to have been doing.They sent me a picture that week of someone elses pool and hot tub telling me that they had serviced me that week. What a way to spend the 4th of July weekend and your sons birthday with friends and family and an algae filled pool.***** is the best. She has no problem making extra trips when necessary and communicating anything essential that the pool owner needs to be aware of. If she ever quits the business I will probably just fill my pool with dirt.
