    Manager **** allowed her boyfriend who is not employed with Mavis to work on my AC on Mavis property after hours. The Brandon location messed up my battery, did not replace correct tire, and broke my oil dip stick, also knocked out my AC in the process of changing my water pump, thermostat, and radiator. They replaced my water pump which is beside my AC cords which broke on their watch according to ****. My AC was working properly until I allowed Mavis to replace certain parts. That’s when **** and ** made it known to me they had no one on staff who could do a Evac and recharge so that’s when **** boyfriend came to Mavis to do it for them. The regional manager ***** is giving me the run around and being extremely hard headed and I couldn’t express my concerns. He was trying to handle me and the situation. An example of this would be when he was supposed to come looks at my tires. I was then asking for full refund all around. He then stated if he could put my old parts back in my car and give me my money back he would. He then laughed which I found to be very disrespectful and unprofessional from a district manager. I asked for a brand new part he then proceeded to use a rebuild compressor on my car instead. And when that didn’t work he then had a new one put on and that still did not work. ***** then stated it’s an electrical issue knowing **** and ** just told me it was an Compressor issue and that they broke a part on their watch. The Evac and Recharge was originally done by someone unemployed on Mavis property.Also, why are you allowing someone who isn’t employed with your shop to fix on my car? He is now telling me to take it to Nissan with I just paid 2k to get a new water pump, radiator, etc. Mavis is held accountable this is unprofessional and unacceptable. How am I expected to fix something that was broke by someone who isn’t even employed with Mavis. I no longer want to speak with ***** or **** because if he is allowing an UNEMPLOYED man to work on my car.
