On May of 2021, **** ***** (75 years old) purchased a new Tran Air-conditioning unit from *****’s Heating, Cooling, and Generators for $6482.06. The company is owned and operated by Mr. ***** *****. The receipt states Mrs. ***** has a warranty of 1 year on labor, and 10 years on parts. The week of April 17, 2023. Mrs. ***** noticed that the temperature in the house was going up even with the the thermostat being set on 73. Mrs. ***** called Mr. ***** and explained the challenges she was having with the unit. Mr. ***** stated he would come by that Thursday or Friday. Mr. ***** did not show. Mrs. ***** called Mr. ***** again during the week of April 24 several times leaving voice mails and Mr. ***** never returned her calls. Mrs. ***** went out of town the first week of May, and returned on June 9 to the same challenges. Mrs. ***** and her son called Mr. ***** several times regarding the challenges that had not been addressed previously, and he did not answer. 1-2 hours after Mrs. ***** and Mr. ***** called Mr. *****, we received a call from Mr. ***** ******* stating that Mr. ***** was out of town, and couldn’t answer the phone. As he was in a none service area. Mr. ***** informed Mr. ******* that Mrs. ***** had reached out to Mr. ***** several times prior to the current challenge with no resolution. Mr. ***** also let Mr. ******* know that he would seek legal counsel or support from the Better Business Bureau if he doesn’t return Mrs. *****’s call.5-10 minutes later Mr. ***** called Mrs. ***** from the same number. Mr. ***** answered the phone and let Mr. ***** know he was and that he was calling on behalf of his mother Mrs. *****. Mr. ***** begin to yell at Mr. ***** telling Mr. ***** he was a dum ass and that Mr. ***** better have a lot of money if he plans to take him to court. Mr. ***** kept cutting Mr. ***** off stating “you listen to me several times. Mr. ***** yelled I’ll see your __ in court, don’t call me anymore you Dumb __!Business response

Missed a call from Mr. *****. Sent to my technician. Technician responded within a hour. Mr ***** was very rude to my technician. Told him don't come. I called Mr. ***** he was very rude and disrespectful. Accused my company of selling him a used unit. I offered to come and he wouldnt have it. The serial number of that unit is registered with Trane USA. His language was very un professional. He crossed the line with a customer and business owner. I didnt fell comfortable sending my technician to his house. At this time i decided to no longer to do business withMr. *****. ***** ***** Owner *****'s Heating, Cooling, and Generator Inc.
