            Business overcharged me $4,000 for a construction project and has yet to provide justification of the overcharge. I had a contract and text messages confirming any changes and pricing. The owner stopped dealing with me because I pointed out contract work that had not been completed. He started dealing with my spouse who didnt know all the details. In the end, she paid the balance owed plus an additional $4,000. The additional, so he told her, was for work that was included in the original contract and work that I had Tex messages showing his labor reason was not valid. This all occurred the first week of December and hes refused to answer text. He was provided proof that his reasoning for the overcharged amount was incorrect. He has refused to refund that amount and is still making up reasons to try and justify his actions. Thanksgiving, after we left for a trip, he climbed a locked fence and removed lumber I paid for not only in my enclosed yard but from my storage shed in that yard.

            He says no job too small but thats a joke. If your job is less than $175K, h*** send guys that dont know what theyre doing. H*** drag out the project 4times longer than it should take. He says hes going to do things but doesnt follow thru. Make sure you get a detailed cost with all cost listed, a start date and an end date. Dont take him at his word. ******** will cause damage that youll have to fix out of pocket. H*** add cost that shouldnt be there. My total owed was over $4K more than he said and he didnt complete everything satisfactory. He also left with about $1,000 in damages that I have to fix for n addition to the $4K over charge. I wouldnt recommend this guy to build a dog house.
