      I ordered a hat from this merchant on September 19, 2023. The invoice I was sent said to expect my product in 3 to 6 business days. I reached out to the merchant for tracking information because as the invoice I received said I would receive tracking information in two days and I did not. I reached out via Instagram on both her business page and personal page I DM to her and I said to email to the email given on her webpage. She refused to respond to my request to update my information as far as tracking information or my order status yet she was responding to all her friends on her page. As I begin to see, this was an ongoing issue for her because there were several customers asking the same question as far as where their order was. She is very unprofessional and unconcerned and inconsiderate when it comes to her customers. I still have yet to receive any response from her regarding my order status. Yet she continuously posts on Instagram daily. She is a scammer at best and has since taking the item I ordered off of her website and began to block comments on pictures.

      I ordered the signature dress from the boutique. It stated 3 weeks plus for shipping but came much faster. When I picked the dress up from the box it immediately began to unravel. I expected minimal shedding but the literal fishing line used to sew the dress was unraveling with the shimmer coming off. There were also patches of the dress not completely covered. I reached out with video and picture and even asked if I could send it back for repair as she indicated she would not refund the dress. I am less concerned about the refund and more concerned that the dress is unwearable and she refuses to fix it or otherwise right the issue.

      I purchased clothes for over ONE HUNDRED dollars from this company SONYABEES BOUTIQUE(shopluxebb) on FEBRUARY 2 & haven’t received my order. When I contacted the company, they ignored my email & failed to respond to my Instagram inquiry . I am going to contact my bank as fraud, however, I did want to do whatever to hold them accountable and stop people from purchasing.

      Ordered the Girl Scout pants 2/16 and at the time of ordering it did not say it was shipping March 1st until a few days later (very deceiving) it said it was one left and I purchased it . So a few days later I say it said pre order ships March first . Ok I waited until March first no shipping email I waited a few more days and I called , I was told that there was a delay with the vendor but I saw them advertising these pants on Instagram , I left a comment on Instagram for them to contact me and no one contacted , so on the phone I was told it would be shipping April first and the people that ordered would be getting an email , I didn’t get an email I had to email yet AGAIN then I was told 4/15 ship date . I want my order cancelled as this was a gift and I didn’t know I’d be waiting this long to get a pair of pants I know this can be canceled and you all are not that pressed for $50 very unethical. I sent 3 more emails asking for them to cancel as a courtesy . No response . I actually like this company and have ordered before but this has left a bad taste in my mouth . As you can see when I ordered pics below that it says 3-6 business days and does not have pre order then separate email is later date and that is misleading

      I purchased a dress on Sonya Bees website on December 26th due to an ad that was being ran as a sale on this particular dress. Their websites shipping info says it would ship between 3-5 business days. When I saw that the package wasn't moving, I sent a message via INSTAGRAM direct messages asking when will it be shipped out. I didn't receive a response. They responded back on January 5th saying that the dress would take 3-6weeks for Manufacturing and this time frame does not include shipping. I explained to them that I purchased the dress with the expectation I would receive it prior to my scheduled photoshoot. However they're response did not provide the guarantee that I would receive it on time so I responded on Jan 6th advising her to cancel the order as the advertisement made it seem as though they had a several of these dresses and they were on sale.She then refused to refund stating that her website states all this information. While that maybe true NOW that I see this, it is conflictive with the shipping information on her website. How am I the consumer to know which items will be shipped out within the listed 3-5 business days or which dress will have to wait for 3-6weeks? I cancelled the transaction on my credit card since Jan 9th and the funds have been refunded. I continued to advise them that I no longer wanted the dress and they insisted on proceeding. Now today Jan 21st and I have received a notification that they've shipped the dress to me anyway!! I advised her that I would report her the BBB and CFPB because this is unethical. You can not force your product on someone if you could not fulfill the order.

      Customer purchased item on 12/24/21. The item purchased as stated on our website, under the product description, takes 3-6 weeks to be manufactured. The customer contacted our company inquiring when the dress would be shipped out on 1/2/22. The customer was informed with the information that was stated on the website, that the dress takes 3-6 weeks to be manufactured and the dress is currently in production. The customer did not want to adhere to terms and condition of this order and requested to cancel the order. Also, as stated on the website. The customer will have to make contact with our customer service team within 24 hours to cancel. This item as stated on our website is final sale.

       

      The customer stated she called the company on 12/25/21 ( Christmas Day) to inquire about the status of her order. Unfortunately, our business does not operate on that day.

      The customer order was ready for shipment on 1/22/22.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I never once stated that I called on Dec 25th, I ordered on that day.  Regardless of what I contacted them well in advance for them to cancel the order because the shipping information on her website did not state 3-6 weeks and I told her before the dress was made that since she couldn't deliver in time as according to the shipping I selected to CANCEL the order. She proceeded anyways under the guise of her convoluted website statements.  As a consumer, you cannot FORCE me to purchase merchandise I do not want by sending it out. So as stated I do not want the dress and have already disputed through my bank.

      I ORDER THE CONFETTI DRESS AND NEVER RECIEVED MY ORDER NOT EVEN A FOLLOW UP, I THEY HAVE A BOGUS CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE WHICH DOES NOT WORK AND ALWAYS SAY MAILBOX IS FULL.. YOU SEND THEM EMAILS ECT... AND NO RESPONSE, SONYA BEES NEEEDS TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THESE ISSUES, IT WAS SO EASY TO TAKE MY MONEY UT I CANNOT GET AN ANSWER ON MY PRODUCT.. IM STILL WAITING ON MY PRODUCT TO GET TO ME, WHAT IT GOING ON

      The customer  reached out to customer service via email one time. We responded back to her inquiring about her order number in order for us to look into the matter. The customer did not respond. The customer order was shipped and delivered. We have attached screenshots of the email correspondence as well a confirmation of delivery.
