              I called pearl river resort to inquire about a hotel room on the night of Sunday July the 3rd 2022. Was told we had a comp room & it would be a 75.00 deposit that would be refundable would I like to book it & I said yes & gave credit card info to *******, days later my husband looks at statement & they charged our card 189.00 so I thought it was a mistake called & was told no it wasn’t a comp room that our play wasn’t high enough for the comp. I explained that I was told it was comp & she continued to say no. I canceled the stay & ask it to be returned to my card& ask to speak to a manager & a ******* got on the phone , never listening to the fact my card was used without my knowledge & that’s a crime to be told one thing. & then they do another. That’s a fraudulent charge. & misleading the public.she argues & raises her voice at me that my play wasn’t enough & room was 189.00, very rude & failing to be concerned at what’s going on at that reservation desk. I have yet to get my refund either.

              Back in April I called to make reservations for July 3rd, going to concert with wife and inlaws. I reserved 2rooms/with king-size beds at Silver Star Hotel. After we talked at dinner on June 11th my brother in-law suggested I call to confirm our reservation. When I called the next day I was told they moved my reservations to June 3rd because they decided they weren't going to take reservations on 4th of July weekend. I told her she could not change my dates without confirming it with me first that I had no plans of coming down in June. I told her I I had made reservations for the rooms for the Poison Concert. She told me they had refunded my money. It was not so I call the casino, after a lengthy conversation, I was told that since I didn't call to cancel my reservation that she could not help me. I said to her I didn't have reservations for June 3rd. I had July 3rd & y'all moved them. She said sorry I can't help you, have a good day & hung up. This is not right & I want my money refunded. .
