I rented a washer and dryer for a year from Appliance Warehouse (AW) while staying at The Claire (now Southaven Pointe) for a year. My move out date was June 27th from the apartment complex. I called Appliance Warehouse on May 31 and was scheduled a pickup equipment date of June 23rd. This date was very important to me as I wanted the equipment removed before I moved out the apartment complex since I would not be able to verify that things had been done correctly from Dallas, TX. I received a phone call from a AW worker at 2:06 PM on June 23rd stating they will be arriving at my unit shortly. I discussed that I will not be home, but the complex had been notified and the office had the keys easily accessible to grab. I arrived home early around 3PM to see the W/D still there. I was unsuccessful at reaching the associate inform that I am home and can unlock the door. I waited for the associates, but no one arrived or called me back. On June 26th, I called AW for clarification and was told there was not notes on the pickup. Two further unsuccessful pick-up attempts on occurred on June 28th and July 5th with AW associates leaving a comment on my account saying complex denied access to apartment which was untrue when I reach out the complex. According to the complex, no associates from Appliance Warehouse had arrived to the office or called; keys readily available. On July 12, an AW associate reached out to me saying they would be there shortly. I received a call and hour and half later saying no W/D where in the unit and he send a picture of an empty area where the W/D used to be. I have no way to confirm if the associates removed the W/D and took a picture or if the complex removed during possible renovation. The leasing manager working to confirm details of if their staff moved it. I have been charged two additional bills (June and July 28) due to how long it has been taking to pickup my equipment.
