            I spoke with my neighbor in the earlier part of this year regarding some work that had been done in her home which included an added on garage. The gentlemen that worked for her were very quick, on time daily and did an outstanding job. I asked her for the contractor’s contact and if he did any fence work and other housing work. She gave me the information for Mr. ******** ********. I hired him and he began 3/15/21. We had a verbal agreement as to the repairs to be done in my home as well as the price, $9600. I’ve paid him a total amount of $9450 and as of today, I haven’t gotten him to complete anything and he’s also made several errors that needs correction. My children can’t use their shower, we can’t use our dishwasher and he’s damaged several of our kitchen cabinets. I have proof of payments made as well as text messages that will prove our arrangements on payments, work to be done, etc.
