On May 22 2024, I signed and payed for power to be turned on at an investment property that was being remodeled. PRV falsely claimed they tried contacted me to set up a time. A time was set but I was never made aware of it, I then called to find out why my power was not turned on. ***** said he came but no one met him( bc we did not know) said he waited but no one came, I was never called. He said the poll was not set deep enough, I was never notified of this either. My husband went and dug the poll, he took pictures it was 2 inches off. Then I was told I needed to pay more for the hook up and sign an easement. This was after days of waiting to get it hooked up With me calling being told it would be within the next 3 days every time. I took off work went and signed the papers and paid. Week later still no power, my husband called again, days later they came but meter is not hooked up power is still not on. It is now 7/31/24, project is over two months behind still waiting on power. I need some help with this situation asap, calls are going unanswered, losing money and time. Project was expected to be completed by now and on the market. Project is serviced out of ********, ** but no one helps at that location, only person that I have been able to contact or get help from has been the ******************* Prepared to do whatever needed.Business response

The situation has been resolved. The member was connected for service two weeks ago.
