      I paid down on a car for ***** dollars with car mart. The Car Is A lemon, Car Mart Towed the car and said they fixed it but as soon as i got the car back it started running hot. Also the dashboard was showing several issues wrong with it. Once i contacted the Car Mart manager ************ to request another vehicle he said could not get another vehicle while this one is being fixed. The car ran hot while I was picking my kids up from school, we had to sit on the side of the road in the heat. ************ said it would be Monday Before its fixed which is ridiculous because I have to take my kids to school. Then they over charged me for the amount of the car. It is saying its ****** dollars for a used car which is ridiculous. They should be shut down for these illegal acts. I was told by ************ that I couldnt even get a replacement car. I will be taking this to court as well because there is no way a car I just bought in February should have this many problems.

      I purchased a vehicle from carmart in March. It was a Saturday. My radio didn’t work and i had my tire pressure lights on. I mentioned it to them and I was told that they will fix it on Monday because their repair shop was closed on the weekend. Well Monday came i dropped the car back off for a couple of days only to be informed that they will not fix it because it’s not covered under the service plan. Even though it was told BEFORE I Purchased the car that they would fix it. Ok so i took that as a lost. And then a week later i was driving my car and it started to fish tail in the middle of the road and my tire friction light came on. I took it back to them and they had my car for another week of so and then they told me it’s just sensors. I had to replace my own. Well a week after that it stop running on me and i was told i needed a new motor. Ok so they picked the car up to put a new motor in it. They had my car for almost 2 months and car mart would not give me a loaner car or pay for the rental i had to pay for which was $90 a day!! And i was also told that i had to keep my payments current while they fix it or i wouldn’t be able to get my car back until everything was current. So once i finally got my car back. A week later IT STARTED SMOKING AND FISHTALING AGAIN!!! So i called them and they said it was my alternator they came and got the car and put that part on it ans 3 days later my car quit on me again! So i has to get a rental car again because they wouldn’t help me on ANYTHING!! I spent over $6000 on a rental. I took my car to a mechanic and was told that carmart not only put a used motor in my car after they had told me it was new it was also a bad motor so it had to be replaced again. I called **** at car mart and he picked up my car and told me he won’t start working on it until my payment are current! I have had my car since March and I have only driven it maybe a total of 2 months! I NEED SOME JUSTICE ON MY END! Carmart is a rip off

      I am rejecting this response because: I have given carmart months to make this right and all they kept telling me was it’s  there policy it’s nothing that can be done to assist me! Carmart not only sold me a lemon but still made it mandatory that i pay on a car that they have had more than i did! I have spoken to carmart corporate office several times and they was NO HELP! I have been paying for a rental for a total of 7 months and i have also had to pay a car note on a car that was a lemon from the jump. My car could have been fixed properly the first time but carmart didn’t take the time out to properly fix my car! I will be emailing you all my final bill from enterprise later today. I asked them to get together my receipts from the March up until i returned the rental which was Wednesday November 3, 2021. I just couldn’t afford it any longer
