I took my car to get a windshield put in on July 5, 2024. It wasn’t put in right and I told him… he asked was I going to penalize him for that minor issue… I told him I wanted my car fixed right…. He Told me it was going to cost him a shit load of money..I told him I wanted my car done right.. he told me to come back July 9th which I did… he said my window didn’t come and he didn’t know when it was going to come in.. I said I hope I don’t have to get my lawyer involved. He got mad. Then I ask could he find out when we pick my daughter car back up which he was supposed to fix. When she went in to give him her number he told her to tell me since I threatened him with a lawyer for me not to come back.. I went in he told me and my daughter to leave his property and he refused to fix her window because of me. I paid him for my service on July 5th $365 plus a $5 tip because they didn’t have change.. that was before I saw my window.Customer response

If he won’t repair the I prefer my money back so I can get someone else to fix it. I can hear the wind blowing into my car while driving and it’s hard to defrost my windows
