In December 15, 2021 at around 3:35pm I stopped at the Loretta Lynn/Hank Williams Jr. rest area on interstate 40 in Tennessee. Exit 130 I think. I went to the snack machine #6 and swiped my debit card and made a selection. My selection number was either D4 or D5. The card reader beeped I was not looking directly at the card reader. When I heard it beep I just punched in my selection. The spiral bar holding the candy did NOT rotate and no food was dispensed. I figured that the card reader had not read my card so I swiped again and this time paid attention to the card reader. It authorized my card, I made my selection again, the card reader said “vending” but again the spiral rod holding the food did not rotate and no food dispensed. I realized it stole my money. I took a photo of the machine in question and the number In The corner to call if there was a problem. I called and left a message immediately and my info to be called back. NOBODY ever called me back. I called again the next day and was able to talk to someone. She took down all my information and the information about the machine and that she would forward my info to the proper person to get me my money back. On jan 11, 2022 I called again after not receiving my money back and no phone all for an update on the process. I talked to a woman again and she collected the same info from me as before and said she would have someone call me back. I said I would like that because it had been over 3 weeks since the machine stole my money. NOBODY ever reached back out to me so I called again on Jan 14, 2022 and this time I talked with **** ***** and she said that the branch manager **** would have to be the one to make that decision. She collected the same info about me that I have given for the 4th time at this point and said they have been emailing him my information. It is my opinion that this company may not have properly working equipment & has stolen my (& probably many others) money. I want a refund of $3.20
