I used my Medicare to get a sleep machine from Med Supply Plus in Corinth MS on March 29, 2021. The company allowed my wife to pick up the machine and sign a document saying she had picked it up. She did not receive any paperwork when picking it up. We started receiving a bill for $76 a month. When my wife called, she was told we have to pay $76 a month for 13 months. This was not disclosed to us or we would not have purchased the machine. On the piece of paper they had my wife sign, it is checked that "billing explained." They did not explain the billing to me or my wife. We would like to stop being charged the $76 per month as it was done without our consent. We did not sign a consent to finance any of the remaining balance, nor were we asked to sign anything acknowledging that there would be a balance.
