I went to Lake Hill Motors and Marine to buy a 4-wheeler. I was looking for a certain 4-wheeler and the salesman told that they didn't have any of that particular make and model but they had something else. They brought out a bike that was a Honda but not what I was looking for. Well I was willing to take a look at it and I test drove it. I ended up buying it paying $9,699.00. I got it home and started riding it the next day. After I brought it home I noticed it was missing parts, and it started having mechanical issues after I started riding it. I called Lake Hill Motors about the problems it was having and they told me to bring it back to them if it continued to having issues. Well one issue just continued to fold into another after another. I finally got it back over there to them and told them that I wasn't happy with the bike at all with all of the issues that just continued to develop. They promised me that they would do what had to be done to make all of this right. They had a Honda Rancher that I originally wanted so I inquired what it would take to trade the originally paid for bike. With me being an 84 year old Elderly woman they thought they could take advantage of me. I paid $9,699.00 I told them I would be happy with the Honda Rancher, they quoted me, $8,000.00 for the Honda Rancher. The Honda Tactic only has 4 hours on it, they came back and told me that they would only give me $5,000.00 for the bike that I just bought and that I would have to pay another $3,995.00 for the Honda Rancher. Seeing that I had just bought and paid full price, $9,699.00, I should have been able to trade the Honda Tactic back in to them for the Honda Rancher with either some money back or just a straight across trade. I want them to either Exchange The Honda Tactic for the Honda Rancher either straight across or with some money returned to me, OR I want a full Refund of my money back immediately.Business response

We did sell this customer a machine that she test drove and picked out when we didn't have the exact model she initially was looking for. It was missing a small piece of trim that is purely cosmetic which we gladly ordered for her. The machine was brought back 1 tiime with a small oil leak. We assured here we would fix the leak no issue at all. This is the first and only time the machine was back here for any kind of issue. At this time she wanted to trade units, and was unhappy with the pricing of the trade we were willing to do. We assured here that we would fix the oil leak on here machine and it would be best for here to keep the machine she has. We were not trying to get here to make any deal she was uncomfortable with. If there had been multiple mechanical issues and break downs with this machine it would be very different, but we have only had the machine back 1 time for 1 issue. It just got here a few days ago and we are in the process of fixing it.
