My wife and I were at the point of needing to upgrade to a larger vehicle to support our growing family. From the very first point of communication with GlenCo, we knew that we were working with the right people. The owner listened to our preferences, and he immediately began to give us information on SUVs that fit our desires. We were patient with our search and let him know to take as much time to wait for the best vehicle. We ended up buying the exact SUV that we wanted. The owner made the purchasing process very simple. He performed a full inspection on the truck before presenting any paperwork. The best part of the purchase was the warranty that he was able to include. I have never encountered a used vehicle warranty as good as what was available. My wife and I could not be more pleased with our SUV and the service that we received from Glenco. Everyone there is truly professional and friendly.

If only I could give this place a lower rating I would. Went to this lot told them I need a dependable vehicle for my daughter because the current one was on its last leg. Well explained how I desperately didn't need to pay a lot for something that was going to be broke down before I was finished making payments on it. They told me that the vehicle I was getting was great no issues in wonderful condition. That if I wasn't satisfied with it they would take care of me so I didn't have to worry. WELLL I drive it home that night and yea a few things caught me off guard but in my head I'm thinking ok maybe I'm so use to driving my other vehicle and thinking it's having issue like it so car sat in drive a couple of days undrove and decided I wanted to go show my new purchase and that's when the problems were noticed. The car jolted jerked swayed made a ticking noise. So I called the carlot told me to bring to them they would fix whatever gave me car back untouched claimed nothing was wrong.told me I was imagining things and take it to any lot I wanted to so I did and multiple issue popped up on the system called the carlot and no response. Done a search on the car and multiple issues have taking place with this vehicle. This lot does not honor anything they told me said they couldn't do anything because credit finance was over it but if they could they would rip the contract up so now I'm HAVING TO PAY 23,000 (YES YOU READ RIGHT) FOR A MESSED UP VEHICLE BECAUSE THEY LIED TO ME. THEY WERE NOT UPFRONT OR TRUTHFUL ABOUT ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS VEHICLE. NOTHING
