May 31, 2023, a credit check was done with ************** for Quality Construction for installation of my Generac generator. I was approved no interest/18 months including a down payment of $2,300 which left a balance $8, ****** to be paid $459.75/monthly. Installation was on June 19th, w/payments to begin in 30 days. The *** informed me that the bill was still pending. Spoke to ******************** inquired why havent I received a bill and he said sometimes it takes time to post. I received a call from him on Oct. 13th, at 12:46 p.m. about my base trim kit. Asked again why I havent I received a bill. He said let me call the lady right ******* will have her call you. ****** the new 3rd party called at 1:34 p.m. saying QC was doing business with ******** had to do another inquiry for 12 months no interest. Lowering my credit score & increasing payments. Questioned him as to why had I not been informed of the change, no reason was given. Informed him it was not fair to me to find out so late about this change. To my understanding the change occurred in June. Called him Oct. 19th at 12:02 p.m., he told me that he needed his ****** **** didnt care what I had going on in my personal life & the white man had no problem doing another hard inquiry credit check. I explained this change was not necessary as it pertains to me having to go with another 3rd party. He replied it's about to be turned over to a collection agency. I explained I dont have a problem paying my bill, I just dont want another hard inquiry. I called the office Oct. 20th, at 4:20 p.m. & explained to the lady about payments. She said he needs to call you. He called at 4:38 p.m. I told him I could pay him for the first four months that have passed with a check. He said let me check with my boss. He called back at 5:07 p.m. to say my boss doesn't do financing. To my understanding from the new third party ******************** is the boss of the company.
