Complaint: Extensively Damaged and ************************* On 9/5/24, I visited The Glossary Salon for a hair service. I showed the stylist both a photo of my current hair and an inspiration picture of what I wanted. My request was for a subtle, fresh update, focusing on lightening and brightening my money pieces and touching up my roots.However, the result was far from what I had envisioned. Instead of a fresh look, I left the salon with extensively damaged and broken hair. The condition of my hair has deteriorated significantly, with noticeable breakage and damage that was not present prior to the appointment. This is particularly concerning because my hair has only ever been treated with professional products, so I did not expect this level of ********* is incredibly frustrating to spend time and money, only to leave with severely damaged hair. I am deeply disappointed with the outcome and would not want anyone else to experience such harm to their hair.I am seeking resolution in the form of a refund because of the damage.Please see attached photos the one with the glasses is my hair prior to my appointment then the inspiration picture is the one obviously not me and what I left with was the broken frizzy damaged straight one on the car I took that right after leaving my appointment to document the damage
