When i took it to two seperate jewelers and it was tested they said it was not 925 silver. When i contacted ottasilver by email i was told it was silver. $139

We at Ottasilver stand behind the authenticity and quality of our products, including this item, which is assuredly crafted from genuine 925 sterling silver.

      Regarding the financial aspects of ********************** purchase, the total payment she made was $105.65, after applying a discount code (Code: 2024) which provided a reduction of $33.36 from the original price. Despite the fact that the ring has yet to be returned, we have proceeded to honor our commitment to customer satisfaction by issuing a full refund of the $105.65.

      We have provided ****************** with a return shipping label to facilitate the return of the ring at no additional cost to her. Although the item has not been returned yet, we have finalized the full refund of the purchase.

      I bought one of your bracelets (Tiger Eye) and one of the beads on the string to tighten the bracelet fell off a week after getting it. It's a defect.

      Metal clasp uses a push button style. Poorly design. I lost my bracelet when the button pushed down releasing it unknowingly. They will not replace or give me modified bracelet. *************** I just got it a few weeks only. Their products are very cheap. Enough to give you buy one get one free on Black Friday. Tells they get it for very cheap.

      I ordered a bracelet on December 11 expecting it to arrive before Christmas as i bought it as a gift. The item never arrived I emailed the company on debit 27 and got an email saying that it would be mailed soon. I emailed back immediately and told them to cancel the purchase I got an email on December 28 saying the bracelet was just mailed. I called the customer service number several times and left a detailed message asking for a call back and got nothing. I did get an email saying that my request for cancelation was received after the item was mailed which is not true.
