I attempted to resolve a faulty ring with this company below is the email thread and picture of the ring. I am beyond frustrated and wanted to make sure to alert any consumers who are considering purchasing from this company that does not stand by its product after 5 months of wear. Do not buy from (((OTTASSILVER)))) I recently bought a double headed eagle ring 9.25 Silver Size 11, With special. Engraving added.. The ring comes in weeks later, It's a size 10 The engraving that I spent extra money Looks like Crap. I bring it to my jeweler who's well known in arizona, Tells me it's not real silver. And he tells me.Let me guess you bought it from OTTASSILVER, He told me he said nothing but bad stories from them, At some of the stuff is fake silver costume jewelry, And he tells me don't support a terrorist group, I'd like what are you talking about? He like?Maybe the FBI should be looking into The two owners from turkey, He said they're part of the organization Taliban, I'm like the rock group jk He said no the terrorist, And why would you give them your money to fight USA, I didn't know.I just wanted a beautiful ring So I'm putting this review out.Please don't buy from them If the jury seems nice and they are terrorist why support them against the USA!!!!!!!!!

I had high praise for this company and it's merchandise as I have had nothing but positive experience with quality and customer service... however my last purchases have not been up to their usual standards and they have failed to respond to my inquiries. I purchased two of their panther bracelets and was very well satisfied with them, so I purchased four others for myself and as gifts for family members. The problem is that the bracelets come loose with the slightest contact and if not for wearing a long sleeved shirt would have been lost...just wanted to make others aware should you choose to purchase.

This place use’s deceptive business practices. I purchased a ring that was on their “sample sale”. I ordered the wrong size, my mistake. In their website when looking at the item it stated that they offer free ring resizing. So I contact customer service to see what I need to do. Customer service tells me that “sample sale” items are final sale, no refunds, resizing, or exchanges. Nowhere on the website during my purchase did it state that the item I was purchasing was a final sale item. Nowhere in their return/exchange policy does it state that “sample sale” items are final sale. When looking at the ring online it actually states in the page 30 day free return, free resizing, and exchanges. Do not purchase from this business!!

It was my boyfriend’s birthday this past weekend and I ordered a ring for him on 7days ago. The order STILL APPEARS processing, there is no tracking info, there is NO way to communicate with them.no one is on the chat, and I have left about 20 messages and only one was replied to,and what it said is ‘someone will contact you soon’. You better off giving your money to other business as this company does not value their customers and they are totally unresponsive to customers’ questions and need. Completely ruined the bday experience for me and I had to show up empty handed

I purchased a bracelet from them not even a month it broke. I reached out to the company and provided them pictures. They said normal wear and tear is not covered and refuses to help. No email reply, no phone call answer! I keep getting the same email reply once a week " sorry for the delay please allow more days to complete the fulfillment process". They are not honest at all, they won't tell you if it's in back order or out of stock. talk about false advertising, the product i ordered states "ships within 3 business days " i have a month waiting and still does not ship out.
