            Company is a Facebook Marketplace seller. Saw items I was interested in and reached out via Facebook Messenger. All correspondence was via Messenger or text. Made arrangements to purchase 2 Henredon vintage side tables at $200 each, plus taxes and $150 in shipping costs on June 28, 2022 for a total of $591.71. Seller sent invoice and I paid immediately. Seller stated he would ship Friday July 1 so I would receive items the following Monday July 4 (or I assume it could Tuesday July 5, due to holiday). He was to provide tracking information from ups. I reached out to seller via messenger and cell phone on July 5 as I did not receive any information about my items. July 5 seller replied same message to text and messenger, he had been out of town and unable to ship items but would do so first thing in the morning. I again reached out to seller July 7 requesting tracking info. Seller responded saying he had not been back to the store but would ship the next day. July 8 and 9 I again requested tracking information. July 9 seller stated he still had not been by the shop. I then requested a refund. July 11 I requested a full refund and seller stated he would refund later that day. To date, July 12, I have no refund.
