The complainant initially subscribed to a trial membership with Sign Now for $8.00 per month. Without the complainant’s consent, a Sign Now representative enrolled them in PDF Filler, which included access to US Legal’s form library at an additional cost. The complainant used the e-signature software, Sign Now once on 04/24/22 and did not use the services thereafter. Upon discovering the unauthorized charges, the complainant contacted support on 12/30/22 but was unable to secure a full refund due to alleged system limitations. The complainant expresses dissatisfaction with the quality of the e-signature and PDF editing software, the company’s business practices, and the level of customer service. A notably unpleasant interaction was reported with a customer service manager named *****, who was described as argumentative and uncooperative, culminating in her hanging up on the complainant twice. The complainant cautions others against falling prey to such practices.

Misleading Payments You think you are paying $8 for a basic month but they put the Annual toggle switch small at the top so then you end up paying $96 automatically and then they won't refund you if you download a form. They will then refund you all by the monthly $39 charge. When explaining your misunderstanding to customer service, they are not nice and will not budge. They state, "well now you have access to all these forms for a month" and completely disregard your concerns. Horrible customer service. They need to make the toggle switch more prominent to avoid misleading customers. I would not have paid $39 for a month for the ONE form I wanted. I do not recommend this company.

This company intentionally uses false advertisement to get you to purchase their product. The site only states monthly fees. Once you enter your card information there is no verification page so you can review how much you are being charged. the site claimed $15.00 per month then after being charged i was notified that these thieves stole $180.00 from my account. upon requesting a full refund ***** ***** the lone customer service rep decided that they would keep $58.00 of my money for two very generic and non court admissible form that they claim are Texas court forms. This is plain and simple theft. These people are con artists. The BBB is lying about them being a reputable company as there is thousands of one star reviews about this company all over the internet.

J Belzor Events There were a lot of bumps working with Johanne Belzor of Hyattsville MD for our July 30th wedding but nothing prepared me for the day of mismanagement by her and her team of two, Instead of being at the wedding venue making sure all the items we had purchased were in the correct places, Johanne and her partner Nichelle stayed at the hotel where we were getting hair and make up, There was absolutely no reason for her not to be at the venue site. I had to arrive in my wedding dress by Uber because Johanne did not read the contract with our limo company which stated services ended at 4:30, She said Oh I thought it ended at 5:30 which was a crazy s statement because the wedding was supposed to start at 5. The venue was in total chaos. Guests in places they should not have been in, bridal parties in rammed in a tiny room, my aisle markers were not put on the chairs, etc, she totally disconnected during the reception My bridal party had to give directions to her 2 person team. Just about everything Johanne touched went sour. Unbeknown to me on my wedding day Johanne told my brother he couldn't walk me down the aisle because he didn't attend the unprofessional rehearsal th day before , he was sick. I looked for him. A moment lost 4ever. also we did not know that Johanne was packing up our personal belonging as asking people if she could put them in their vehicles. Our card box was mishandled and went missing, we still do not know where those gifts went to, Johanne Belzor left without saying goodbye and has blocked us on calls and social media. She was paid in full and I have always interacted with her professionally. Im sad and at a lost as to why Johanne behaved so unprofessionally, rude and dismissive to our parties and family She also asked our male guests to help her set us once she arrived to the venue so late, Do NOT HIRE Her. I feel absolutely betrayed,
