      Tower filed a suit for the amount "past due" April 28, 2015, as allowed by Mississippi law.  That was not satisfied until January 11, 2021.  Tower this filed suit through the local city court for $3,500.00 plus $85.00 court cost.  Customer was ********************** was awarded a judgment February 16, 2021 for $3,585.00.  Tower has continued to search for employers since judgment was awarded.  Tower filed garnishment paperwork with the customers current employer on April 12, 2024.  The employer was scheduled to begin payroll dedictions May 24, 2024.   There has been no wrongdoing by Tower.  In fact, had the customer at anytime attempted to satisfy the balance owed, this action would not have been necessary.  Tower will now collect the money it is owed through garnishment at the customers employer.

      I've been in consistent contact with Tower Loan the last being 4-18-24, I have been making payments until February when I had to replace a transmission. I've communicated I'm going through a hardship and need more time to pay...again last communication noted 4-18-24. On that call I relayed I could make a payment after mortgage, vehicle, and utilities. I called 5-20-24 to offer a $300.00 payment and were informed I could not make the payment toward the principle, that any funds received would go to an off loan purpose of court cost that had not be awarded by any particular court at that time. How is it legal for them to charge me to *** me without any judgement put in place by a Louisiana court. Apparently Tower Loan wishes to preemptively charge me for a law suit that has not been settled or even heard. I'm quite sure this is not legal.

      Upon receipt of the notification, the Area Supervisor reviewed the account in question.  The Area Supervisor has contacted the customer and my understanding is the issue has been satisfactorily resolved.

      I have reviewed the information provided by **************** and the records of Tower Loan of East ****** ("Tower").  After reviewing the complaint and Tower records I am uncertain as to why Tower did not receive payment in December.  Out of an abundance of caution, I have waived the late charges that were assessed with the payment received January 16, ****. Please note Tower will not waive any future late charges on this account, should any become due. 

      If **************** felt she was not provided the level of customer service she deserved, I apologize on behalf of Tower.  However, my review of the account notes reveal both sides of the communication could have most like been better handled.

      I'm filing a complaint due to the fact that I bought a storage building from ***** storage and it was financed through Tower loan and every time I try to pay the storage off I had a cash loan for **** personal loan and every time I try to pay my storage they take my money and put it on a car loan and I never had a car loan or auto loan I need to speak with someone about this matter they won't give me my information as far as my loan number every time I try to go online and pay on my storage it keeps going back to a car loan and I never had a car loan I don't know what they're talking about I should have been through paying on my storage my storage is less than $800 each time they came and picked up $400 from me I told them to put it on my storage they applied it to that auto loan I never they do what they want to do and I don't appreciate it I need someone to give me the information as far as my case number for my storage and my case number for my personal loan once again I never ever had an auto loan I drive a 2013 equinoxpaid for don't owe anyone on any of my vehicles or my home my home is also paid for so I have no idea what they're talking about and I am sick and tired of them taking my money I am 66 years old I'm on a fixed income and I would appreciate if they would get my account right I need the right account number once again for my storage in the right account number for the personal loan so that I can pay them online and not deal with the people in ********** ********* Tower loan company they're bogus and they are liars and one of my paperwork it shows that I only owe $1,300 at the time on my personal loan now it's showing out $4,000 for auto loan please someone help me

      I got behind on my payments and was attempting to get caught up.I spoke with the manager at the Tower Loans location in ********** and he advised me on 2 separate occasions ( one over the phone and the other in person) to ignore the paper that was sent from the lawyer and make payments to them and that the Tower Loan office would contact the law office.He did not speak with the law office and police came to my house on three different occasions to serve me papers for a civil suit.I called the Tower Loan office and spoke with the same manager he was indifferent and stated oh, I need to contact them. I asked when would they be open again because of the Christmas holiday and he stated on Tuesday.He said that on Tuesday when I come in to make a payment he would then fill out the paperwork. I think that I was mislead and treated unprofessionally.

      I tried to reach this company with no luck, I have NEVER applied for anything with this company and show them as an inquiry on my credit report and would like it removed immediately!

      Tower Loan ("Tower") received an application for credit on November 21, 2022 for $2,500 from Lending Tree.  It appears ********************** supplied the needed information Lending Tree.  Lending Tree then presented the applicant with four offers.  If an applicant clicks on any of the offers, Lending Tree will forward their application to that lender.  It appears, ********************** clicked on the Tower offer and then provided the remaining needed information.  Once a complete application was gathered, the application underwent underwriting where it was determined Tower was unable to offer a loan at the time.

      I am rejecting this response because: I never applied for any loan online nor will I ever! I have very good credit and they stated the loan was denied so there for that should tell  them I never applied for anything with there company or affiliates!

      I fell into a hard financial temporary distress and was not able to make my loan payments. Tower Loan of ******** filed with the **************************** a failure to pay and a petition to **** I was told by Tower Loan if I made a payment of ******** I would be able to resume my payments to them. I made that payment on March 28, 2023. After I made the payment I called several times to ask when I could start my monthly payments I was told by the ************ representative, that it was not up to them and a lawyer would be contacting me. The ********** of ******************************, LLC. contacted me and set up arrangements to pay. I have been making these arranged payments yet the Tower Loan Company of ******** are still harassing me. The manager has been to my house calls me over and over and now texting me. This is causing me to be extremely stressed our and I an getting so nervous. This is not fail they way they are doing me,. Please help me to stop this is**** ****************************

      Each time it has always been something new with this company. I contacted them via form on their website in December of last year never heard anything back from them. After they charged me interest on an account i was almost finish paying. They offered me a new loan which I took to catch up on any loans I had with them to make it ONE loan turns out I now have 3 accounts. ******** services is horrible the store manager over talks all her employees while they are on the phone with the customer, so unprofessional. I would not encourage no one to use this company.

      I purchased an ****** sectional from Millers furniture Company in July, 2023 in ************, **. Before making the purchase I called Tower Loans and inquired about the 24 months interest free promotion. An agent stated they have the interest free loans on furniture, carpet, etc. The total amount of the loan is $3963.98 including interest. For three months, I have paid over the monthly payments of $187.00. I spoke to ******* at TL and he stated that there were several girls who worked there and no one admitted to stating that. I had written it down and asked the young lady twice before going to Millers to look at furniture. Come to find out, ******** furniture *** is no longer on the list for their customers to participate in the interest free program. No one told me that. All the girls in the office DENIED that they even spoke to me. I Never would have taken a loan with them, had she not discussed the 24 months SAME AS CASH/ NO INTEREST. I learned that in three months I have paid $312.48 in interest. This is so unfair. I discussed my concerns with the manager, **** and he asked if I needed to BORROW more money as if he was trying to insult my intelligence. No, I do not need to borrow more money. I want them to apply the interest that I have currently paid to the balance on my account. My current balance is $3,379.37. I have made a total of $587.50. If I were credited the $312.48: interest that accrued in 3 months, It would bring my balance to $3064.48. I even stated that I would pay off the loan in full on September 29, 2023. Please help me. The interest is outrageous! When I re-told **** and ******* what the worker told me, they laughed, and stated that its my word against her's and they had asked all the female workers about the 24 months same as cash promotion and nobody took ownership and tell the truth over stating that. Shame on them. I am prepared to pay off the balance less the interest charge of $312.48. They are not being honest. I will Never

      I am rejecting this response because:i have called the business number for Mr. *********** at least 6 times between September 28 and 29.and did not get an answer.  I have also emailed him at ********************************* and have not received a response. I provided the business with my cell phone number but have not heard from them. The business has not attempted to contact me. I find this to be very unprofessional. I even agreed to pay the loan in full if he will remove the interest charged and  apply that money to my account. This can be a simple fix, if they will answer the phone, email me back, or call me. I have done nothing wrong here, however, I do not appreciate being ignored. I have asked them to right this wrong by removing the interest and apply it to my current balance so I may pay them in full.  This has been a NIGHTMARE. The staff at the ************ ******* office just laughed and talked degrading to me. Again, I say the first female loan officer stated to me that they had the ***************************************************************************************************** this promotion.  She should have identified the few stores then I would have gone to my bank, borrowed the money and never looked back. This act was very deceptive and I do not appreciate being hood winked. 

      I reject their response because they were not being honest.  They need to make this right and train their phone girls or loan officers or whomever they are a little better so everyone will be on the same page.  No one discussed interest to me. I just happened to notice my balance was not going down as it should which prompted me to make the phone call.  **** and ******* (managers) were horrible in that they sounded as if they were in a wrestling arena and tag teaming each other.  Someone needs to investigate the staff at the ************ ******* store.  I am certain there will be more complaints to come, because there is a lack of good leadership and professionalism.  They were not trying to hear anything I had to say. Both guys chose to argue rather than listen to my concerns and make this right.   

      Absolutely ridiculous
