      My husband and I purchased two brand new RAM 2500s from this dealership and had a great experience. When we were in the market for a used work truck, we wanted to give them our business once again. It was and still is a nightmare 10 MONTHS LATER. In December of 2022 we received a call from the salesman we were working with that there was a 2019 RAM 3500 with approx. 25,000 miles on it. It was just what we were looking for, did our due diligence, and purchased the truck along with the remaining manufacturer's warranty, an additional warranty through Mastertech, and a few "We Owe's" from Mac Haik. On that We Owe form, they were to repair the tailgate, passenger door, replace the backup camera, and a few other items . We were told it would take a week to repair the tailgate. The excuses and delays began. Long story short, it took over a month to get the repairs made to the tailgate and passenger door after we were told it would take a week. Once those repairs were made, they still had to order the back up camera, that would take another three weeks. Once they received the backup camera, we were told it would take one day to install. We had to call them for an update. Camera was still not working and they would have to order more parts. New parts come in and they still cannot complete the install, new camera doesn't work. After much investigating by their service department, we get a call stating that the truck has a plethora of problems, will need a new engine among many other items. They clearly stated that the truck went through a thorough inspection prior to being placed for sale. Warranty companies will not take care of the repairs. We reached out to GM and Sales Manager to discuss how they were going to make this right. They will not return our calls. We go into the dealership to speak to them. We were told there would be a meeting and they would call us. NO ONE CALLED! We had no option but to take legal action. They have zero integrity.

      0 out of 0 This is by far the worst experience of dealer ships I’ve dealt with, and this is my first one . Back in august I left a review in hopes of Mac Hailks Flowood to get it together as a TEAM . After notifying the used car manager that I’m getting my attorney involved , my car was ready for pickup a week after. I got the car June 2nd, July 5th the car completely stopped, got a new battery ( pov teddy) July 15th, the car jerked and stopped on I-55 while going 80mph. I’ve been in contact with the owner, used car manager. They finally gave me a lender vehicle three weeks after . July 15- September 26 , 2023 Getting into my car to find that the check engine light was on, a black sticky substance was all over my ceiling, my radio didn’t work, and my left headlight is out (wiring) . These things was certainly working when the car arrived , and the black tar like substance was not on my ceiling. I ask my service advisor, (***** ***** ) to get those things checked out and to get my ceiling cleaned up, and could I have the name of the man who’s worked on my car . “ He’s probably out on lunch” it was 12:25ish . I express to the manager, owner & etc. that I’m a traveler, worker, student , etc. so if this car can’t hold up, I would like a newly used one . “ You got in by the skin of your teeth with your credit score, so it’s gonna be hard to get you into something else unless you have a co-signer .” I didn’t have a co-signer when I came in, so I shouldn’t have a co-signer leaving out . Repairs - 1,135.55 -Starter -Battery ( a brand new battery has been put in on July 6, 2023)  -Neutralizing flip switch  -PCM Don’t get in the business of selling cars if it’s truly not your passion, leave the lemon selling, bad cars for the low life dealerships.

      I have ordered and bought several vehicles from Mac Haik in Flowood, and have loved my experience with them! They were always very friendly and helpful, never had a bad experience over the years, and will probably by every vehicle I own in the future from them. Great sales staff, Strait foreword managers, and a quick and thorough would highly recommend them to friends and family!!! Great Dealership 10/10

      If you are ever thinking doing business with this dealership run as fast as you can and never turn back! They are a bunch of LIARS starting from the GM all the way to their sales people. They make up stories about "how your car got damaged in transport" simply because they sold the car they agreed to sell you in writing to the highest bidder. Then they keep promising you for months that their check is being sent for your loss (right ****** ******* ?) but the check after almost 6 months never gets to you. It is time to involve lawyers at this point and make sure that this dealership gets less business by letting people know about their shady and greedy business practices. They do not have a backbone nor any morals, their only friend is money which is a shame! DO NOT GIVE ANY BUSINESS TO THESE SHADY DEALERSHIP!

      Absolute garbage service from Mac Haik Service Dept in Flowood, MS. If I could give less than 1 star, I most definitely would. I brought my 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 in for Service on Monday the 9th of August, 2021 at 8am. Nobody called me one single time to keep me posted on my vehicle, let me know what is wrong with it, let me know what the process is, or anything at all whatsoever. I had to call at 2:14PM that same day and I spoke to ***** ********, who finally told me my radio had to be replaced, my key fob had to be replaced, and my forward collision and ACC both had to be flashed and updated. He said he had to call my extended warranty company called Safeguard to get approval to order everything. I said okay no problem at all. He said he would call me back and let me know if it was approved. Nobody called. I called again this same day at 5:14PM to get information. This time, I was told ***** had sent my service call to someone named *****. This guy reminds me of the workers at Mcdonalds who act like you as the customer are an inconvenience. Like how dare you come into their restaurant, order food, and help keep them employed? He has ZERO sense of urgency and just all around seems like he doesn't care at all about providing customer service. ***** gets on the phone and tells me he is still waiting on the Safeguard warranty people to approve everything. I have spoke to Safeguard warranty company multiple times in between all of this trying to basically do Mac Haik's job for them. Everytime I called Safeguard warranty, they told me nobody has called them regarding my VIN number or warranty policy account. They said no claim has been initiated at all whatsoever. So who the hell am I waiting on? ***** and ***** say we are all waiting on the warranty company, but according to the warranty company we are waiting on a SERVICE MANAGER to call them and begin the claims process. I feel like I am getting the run around and none of these people care. Nobody feels the need to call me back and keep me informed on anything. Mind you, this is my VERY FIRST EXPERIENCE with Mac Haik and it has been the worst experience that I have ever had with a dealership or service department of any kind. This is not how this process should work at all. I understand things take time and I have plenty of patience when I am kept in the loop. But, the least these people could do, is keep me informed at each step of the process to help give me piece of mind. I forgot to mention. ***** claims it will take 2-3 weeks for the radio to come in. The Safeguard warranty folks claim they ship the OEM parts and have OEM radios for my truck that they can ship in 5 BUSINESS DAYS, so explain to me why ***** said 2-3 weeks? By the way, after 3 weeks of waiting, I called to see if my radio came in. Of course it hadn’t and I was then told well no its not 2-3 weeks, its more like 4-6 weeks. 6 weeks p*****. Still no radio. I call again. They tell me they have no idea when the radio will come in, where its coming from, what the tracking info is, or literally anything regarding when my radio might arrive to Mac Haik. It has now been 2.5 ******* months since I started this process and still no radio. DO NOT go to Mac Haik Service Department, unless you want to get ******* and have your time wasted. I missed out on work because of all this. This is extremely unprofessional and I cannot believe I am dealing with this. Adding to my original complaint. Today is 10/20/21 and I still do not have a radio or key fob. This is 2.5 ******* months after my original complaint. I finally got smart enough to call the Parts people at Mac Haik instead of service or sales and got hold of a vey nice man named **** who works at the parts front counter. He said he couldn’t find anything on my radio, meaning it hadn’t been ordered…. LOL…. Imagine that. I’m waiting almost 3 ******* months and **** tells me the mother ******* thing hasn’t even been ordered yet??? He tells me to come into Mac Haik tomorrow and ask for **** and he will help me start the entire process over. Lo and behold, a few minutes after I got off the phone with ****, guess who calls me? You guessed it. ***** called me. He told me he needed me to get the Radio ID from my radio and give it to him so he can order the radio. I asked him what happens next and he said he would call me back and let me know. I didn’t even ask why he has to order my radio when it was supposed to be ordered 3 months ago because I didn’t want to piss him off and possibly get ran around even more or he just flat out not fix my issue so I kept my ******* mouth shut, even though it was extremely hard not to cuss him the **** ***. **** told me yesterday on 10/20/21 that he was ordering the radio as we were speaking and it should be in IN A WEEK. Think about that for a sec. 3 ******* months ago, I was told it would take 2-3 weeks, then when that didn’t happen I was told 4-6 weeks, then when that didn’t happen I was told they didn’t know when it would come in. ***** even told me a story about another customer he had who was waiting on a radio for a Jeep and he had to wait 6 months for the thing to come in. So, anyways, hopefully this radio comes in by 10/27/21 or I am going to absolutely lose my ******* mind on these morons. SAVE YOURSELF. DO NOT GO TO MAC HAIK. PERIOD. Sooooo, today is 11/08/21… Yeah. Still no ******* radio. **** told me it would take a week. When I called after a week of waiting, he tells me well it might be closer to 2 weeks. **** ordered my radio on 10/20/21 supposedly. Today would make 19 days on top of the 2.5 or 3 months I have already been waiting. WHAT IN THE **** IS GOING ON???? I truly do not know if my **** has been ordered or not because I have been lied to multiple times be these people and I don’t know who the hell to believe anymore. I guess I’ll just post this complaint to everywhere I possibly can and see if that gets their ***** in gear to help me.

      Car went in for air not working and was told it was fixed only humidifier sensor bad picked car up starting running out and no air within 30 mins of leaving shop. Was told to bring car back and on the way had to pull over and get towed in. Car was running out but was told it should be okay to drive it back. Then now it's the thermostat sticking fixed that and was told to never come back because of my attitude and the miles on my car. Been going there since I purchased my car.
