Date of transaction. June 14 2021. Cost: over 10000 1. The bathtub installed is not level. It makes a popping sound in a certain spot. 2. The shower leaks onto the floor of the bathroom from the shower base. I was told the grout was faulty. I was also told that "6 months of shampooing our hair and letting the harsh chemicals from the shampoo hit the ground and soak into the shower grout caused the grout to be faulty." Blame was placed on me. Also, the shower door goes into the shower if you push it too hard. The sides of the shower are not level because the room "is not a perfect square". 3. The steps built going out the back door are not mounted to anything making them wobble. 4. A hole was put into the wall when they removed the old bathtub. Nothing was said to me about this hole and was only noticed when I had to move the couch to plug something in. The bathtub is on the other side of this hole. 1. They did not show up for the 1st two entire days. 2. The third day they showed up but they came at 6 pm and worked until midnight. 3. The fourth night was the same, 6 to midnight. 4. The second week they showed up during normal hours but one guy had to leave to go home, pick up his girlfriend, and bring her to work. He was not far from his home or her work yet it took 2 hours at the minimum to accomplish this task. Sometimes he wanted company so the crew also took the ride. 6. One day they said they would be back in 15 minutes that they had to run an errand and the were gone for a few hours.
