We ordered and paid for a "jet system" pump for our sewer treatment plant in August that was installed in September. After about 2-3 weeks, it started cutting off and we would have to push the reset button, then after a couple of days of that, stopped working completely. I contacted the company, (October 5, 2021) spoke with ******, who stated it was an "electrical problem". I got an electrician out here, who checked the wires and stated it was not electrical. I immediately called Lacey's back, spoke with ****** again and told her. She said she would have ******* come out because he would be able to tell what the problem was. I waited over 3 weeks for ******* to show up, calling every week, speaking to ****** who would tell me that "I'm on the board". While I was waiting on *******, I got another electrician out here, just in case, for a second opinion, and was told the same thing. The electrical part is fine. I called again, spoke with ******, told her what the 2nd electrician said and she said "then it must be the pump, I'll have someone come out and replace it" I have continued to call and speak to ******, (every time) whose excuses ranged from it's raining, they don't work in the rain, I'm on the board, I'll tell them and others that I don't recall. I called the week of Christmas, but there were closed. I called again the week after New Years and she was out sick (but answered the phone) and that was her excuse, she was out sick. I asked if no one worked while she was out sick and she gave me some excuse that I don't remember. I called her AGAIN, Monday, (1-10-22) and asked again when someone was coming out. I told her I was giving them until Friday (1-14-22) and I was notifying the BBB. I also asked for the owner to call me, she said she would tell them and I NEVER received a call from them either. All I want is a pump that I paid for to be fixed/replaced and working properly. Thank you for your assistance with this matter. ******* ******
