I begin receiving services from European Waxing in January 2022. During my second visit I agreed to the subscription, which would be deducted from my bank account monthly until the payment was reach in full. This subscription was intended to present a savings on services & products available. The company has a “no refund policy”, not thinking that I needed one, I signed up. Using the company’s texting service, I requested a pause on the payment during the month of April but was unable to catch the transaction. The representative was quick at responding to my request over the text service, although my timing was too late for the desired action. My payment was set for the early part of the month, assuming the first, so I reach out to the company about a payment hold for the up coming payment. I never received a response and my payment was taken, leaving my bank in overdraft. When I was able to speak with someone concerning the matter, I was give the response that my request had been overlooked and that we should see it as a lesson learned”. I sent emails to the company site, which directed me back to the franchised facility. I spoke with ******** ****** (manager), on the 8th day of June 2022, who said that my last payment would be refund and the rest, store credit. I have yet to see any activity from European Waxing. Do to this mishap, I am no longer comfortable with receiving services from European Waxing. I paid a total of $567.00, where I have not received anything from the company since starting this payment so it is left in full. I do not intend to use any of the products and would prefer a full reimbursement of my payment.
