On June 17, 2023 at approximately 0830 I took my 2018 Mazda CX-9 to the Grease Monkey location in Greenville, MS (HWY 82) for an oil change. This location did not fully fill my fluids after the first visit during and failed to report other supposed findings. When it was time to pay for the oil change I was told that the credit machines were down and told to Zelle the lead mechanic (******). About an hour after my visit my car started running hot while driving at low speeds. Prior to the visit I did not have this issue. I had just driven ~650 miles from Chicago to Greenville with no issues. I took the vehicle back to the same Grease Monkey location and they agreed to look at it again. During this visit the topped my oil off and windshield wiper fluids (this should’ve been done the first time). I was told I had a radiator leak and shown pictures of how the antifreeze a been sprayed all over the car. None of this was reported in the first visit. They told me I had no radiator fluid and they had autozone drop some off. They filled my car with half a bottle of radiator fluid and charged me for that. They said the could not fix the leak. While driving home the plastic from underneath car started falling off because they mechanics had not replaced it correctly. The plastic piece was missing several screws. I took the car to a a jiffy lube and they told me it looked as the the screws had been stripped.
