I ordered a 28 inch rim around the end of March. I didn’t get an receipt I trusted him He is not denying I ordered the rim he told us it was on back order at first. I have been calling for a while and the manger never called back I’ve tried all kinds of ways to talk with him so today I called and no one answer so I left a message no response so I waited for a while I drove to the store and when we drove up the daughter was in the front but when we gets inside no one was in front so lil daughter came out we asked to speak with her father so we waited and waited he finally comes out with his chest polled out like he was ready to fight so I asked him about the rim he said it’s on international order I really don’t know if he ordered it or notBusiness response

The 28'' Rim is on national backorder we tried to explain to Mr. ***** what national back order is, he didn't understand and started using foul language and acting disorderly to the extent where we thought about calling the police if they ( Mr. ***** ,Mrs. ***** ) did not leave the premises.
We can not control back orders or shipping on any products and we can not offer a refund on this purchase as it is a special order. There are signs present as well as explanation on all special order products as stated we can not control backorders or shipping.
