I took my vehicle to the dealership bc it had a jump in it was I give it gas the check engine light was not on and I wanted to have it checked out so while it was there I did not tell them to call Endurance and I didn’t tell them who I had a plan with and Ford called Endurance and they sent and Endurance sent out an adjuster and told them that the vehicle was 105 miles less than 1000 and denied the claim for a Torque converter they did not get a code for this diagnostic and again I did not tell Ford to call them now when I went to pick my vehicle up the invoice said 139868 mileage in 139868 mileage out and it matched my vehicle on the odometer so I called Endurance and they told me that they called Ford and Ford told them that they put down the wrong mileage I adv them that this is what is on the odometer they had me send over the invoice and I they still will not fix my vehicleBusiness response

We diagnosed repair customer told us they had extended warranty and supplied us with endurance telephone number. i called in claim and endurance denied because of preexisting condition due to mileageInitial Complaint

2019 Ford F150 Ecoboost 3.5 Cam Phaser Rattle recall Opened -5/3/2023 Closed out -5/5/2023 Tech: ***** ****** Service Advisor : ****** **** Recall issue pasted date. Rattle noise at cold start caused by cam phasers. Cam phasers replaced. Truck fixed and ready for pick up. Truck picked up on 5/5/2023. Paid 3,300.49 for parts and labor. Approximately two miles from the service department the driver heard a loud noise, metal on metal. Driver stopped on 55 to inspect under the vehicle. The driver resumed route and the noise continued and was notably worse at acceleration. He exited HWY 55N approximately 4 miles from the service department and called them. They told him they would come and retrieved the truck from the location. After picking up the truck there were noted phone calls between the owner/driver and the service rep ******. There were notable discrepancies in the 3 conversations held with ****** on the 5/5/2023. He held the truck over the weekend to note the noise complaint was discovered at pickup was normal. They delivered the truck to the local dealership on 5/9/2023. The driver noted the noise to the person at the dealership who rode in the truck as a bad drivers side seal. The truck then showed a service engine soon warning at 12:08 before leaving the dealership lot. The engine control system has detected an improper connection/installation of the engine crankcase hose. The engine control system has detected an air leak into the engine that should not be present. The truck is still at the dealership. I have asked to speak with ******s supervisor but he says, "he will call me back."Business response

Date -october 21 2022, Kirk bros. Ford of vicksburg ms. Pressured me into buying unneeded warrantys and unneeded gap insurance, they got there money the next business day but after i declined the gap insurance and unneeded warranty i have still not recieved my refund . I spoke with ford motor company and they stated i did not need the coverage kirk brothers sold me , their warranty had me covered for 3years or 36,000 miles. My case #with ford motor company is (cas********) if that will help you any . Kirk ford is in partnership with a company called Louisana Dealer Services out of Baton Rouge Louisana . I will be fileing a complaint on them next
