      We purchase a pool liner and filter system in April 2019 for $11,500. They installed in and had to come that year a couple times to get wrinkles out and suck air from behind the walls. In April 2020 the walls came lose and they sent someone out to pull the air out and pull them back to walls. April 2022 we have been to the store numerous times to get someone to look at the liner as the walls have come lose again and it’s losing water. We have even sent an email with no response. The employee who runs the store is always saying ****** is out of town and nobody can come look at pool. The pool currently only has water in deep end and nobody will come look at pool. We don’t have 11,500 dollars to replace something we have been trying to get someone to deal with. This pool only has adults swim in it about 5 times a year. Today she claims we need a drainage system which nobody has ever said anything about until today. This is not how you run a business. We continue to get the run around. The employee only says we don’t warranty something for 3 years and you I am not the one you need to talk to. ****** the owner is always out of town. I thought this would be a good company because it was a local but was I wrong.

      We paid $3200 for our new pool liner on 11/11/21. Around the middle of 2/2022 my husband **** talked with a coworker to get *******s cell number because he was trying to contact the shop but could not get an answer. My husband was told that the store had received our liner and they would be able to install it possibly around the end of April to first of May as long as the weather permits. **** tried to get another update from ****** around 5/17 but received no response and I messaged the store on Facebook messenger at 1559 that day with no response. I sent an email to the address on the store's Facebook page on 5/19 at 0235 and received a call from the store manager ******* 5/19 at 1709 . She stated that they did not have the liner in and the company that they get the liner from needs them to remeasure a part of our pool before it was cut and shipped. we agreed to have ****** come the following morning 5/20 at 0900 to get the measurement. ****** did not show or respond to calls. I finally talked with ******* at 1330 who said that she could not reach ****** and she did not have control of the scheduling. She gave me his cell number and I left a voicemail at 1333. no response to calls Saturday 5/21. Went to store to speak with ******* Monday 5/22 and was told that they would not work around our schedule. She could not or would not give us a time frame on the possibility of getting the liner installed. We asked for a refund on the liner and she said she would have to speak with ******. He called at 1540 to get the measurement and when I said no and asked for a refund on the liner he refused stating that the company he orders from would not issue a refund. when I asked for the company information to speak with them he then said that he would have to contact them for me. We would like to have the $3200 refunded for the liner. The lack of communication and professionalism and the many times they have lied to us has broken my trust in the company.
