We regretfully bought granite from this company and the first red flags should of been when they were trying to get us to buy granite from pictures, they were texting us of granite that other granite businesses had. They then tried to get us to drive to Alabama to look at granite that another shop had, and things just were not adding up. We finally regretfully found a granite that top shop had and gave them a regretfully 70% deposit which seemed out of line before we even received any granite. Once the instillation was complete after many delays the granite in one area of the kitchen did not match the other area of the kitchen and it is a COMPLETE MISMATCH. The owner is trying to tell us thius is normal but even the installer said it was not right and several respected realtors said it is not right and EVERYONE else that has looked at it says it is not right. Sad thing is this company puts profits over satisfaction and does not want to make it right. The lady owner ******** ******** and her husband ***** came to our house and tried to give us a song and a dance about how great it looked etc and when we were not going for the BS they were saying the owners husband ***** starting cussing and threating to just tear all of the granite out and put an illegal lien on the house for shoddy work and still was cussing and hollering in front of our neighbors etc and drove off still hollering and screaming out his jeep windows. If you care about good quality work and spending your hard-earned money DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS.Business response

This customer got a Beautiful natural Dolomite that was choosen by hiw wife.We installed the job and put a rush on it for the,however the measurements grew due to additional square footage added by *****.One of the tops that was templated over old Formica tops er re-did becaues it was not fitting properly beacaues he wanted it templated with the tops on.I honestly think they never intended to pay for the additional work from the start.He paid deposite and then a additional 1000.00 week later and said his wife would be in that week on Friday with the remaining balance of over 2000 which never occured.I filled papers to take them to court for our balance.I have been in buisness for 221/2 years with a very good reputation,and I will win this case!
