Hi, my name is *************************** and my husband ***********************. We checked in to the Wyndham. Hotel in ****************. On June 15 we checked in at 5:00 PM because we stood at this hotel years ago so we went to the hotel because our anniversary was on 16 June 2024 once we got to the hotel room had holes in the bed on a sheetsRoaches on the floor The toilet seat had yellow ring around it like mildew so the representative stated maam I had a hard day. And you people are getting on my nerves I didnt smoke my weed today I said what maam what did you say? I am audio tape our conversation so what did you say she said **** I didnt say it like yall people. I just had a bad day I said maam, I got off of work and I drove down here for my anniversary me and my husband to enjoy our self and the rooms are disgusted. I said let us see another room might be a little better got on the elevator. The elevator was so hot. I feel like I wanted to fall out, I told my husband I cant stay her lets go home so we went downstairs called the bank and dispute and cancel the transaction. IlI have pictures.the representative said I have to go check your room to make sure nothing was taken out of it before I give you your $40 back .for the key.. IWas charged $188 and have not received our money back yet if you go on the website, the pictures on the website do not look like none of these rooms this hotel look like a hotel nothing but crackhead lives there.and Im not saying crackhead do not have nowhere to sleep, but I think they need to shut this Hotel all the way down. for false advertisement .my 27 year anniversary was not spent in that hotel. I told my husband oh no lets get in our car and go home. They need to shut down this hotel the pictures on the website is not the same pictures when you get to the hotel They need to be sued and put out of business as soon as we got home, we jumped straight in the tub and took a shower. We was itching. .ASAP better business. We need your help

Came there wanted look at room before I payed but they had card on fill and run it away did what and they took money with no refund. Be trying to get a refund .

This Hotel was so misrepresented on the website that I almost thought I was at the wrong Hotel. They advertised is fake pictures on the website, we are non-smokers, so I always request a nonsmoking room. As soon as we entered the room, we could smell the stale cigarette smoke. The room smelled really bad this disgusting place. Bathtub was filthy, toilet had pubic hairs and dirty, I was beating by bed bug's bite. There are Big Roaches, Furniture old and falling apart. Furniture looked like it had been used in a drunken brawl. there were people outside the whole night talking and making a lot of noise. This place needs to shut down. We took several pictures as well.

I am a 55-year-old woman female that is a domestic violence survivor I spent every time I had in this room and they just kicked me out on the streets I have a broken back and I am walking with a walker and they threw me out on the street and then told me to leave off of the curb under the shade and 80 something degree weather
