After being treated like **** and having to do some of the work myself, the nail tech at Blush Nails and Spa had the audacity to charge me $70 for a full set of nails with art. After her suggestion to get a full set of nails rather than the fill I went in for, she painfully proceeded to separate the acrylic from my nails multiple times before finally deciding to soak the acrylic off. Her actions caused extreme pain to my nail beds. Once the polish had been applied to my nails, I asked for rhinestones to be applied. I simply asked the nail tech to add a vertical row of rhinestones to my thumb and ring fingers and not to have excess glue (because the same nail tech did my art before and she left globs of glue all over my nail). She was having trouble getting the rhinestones straight and evenly spaced and as I was very calmly explaining to her and reiterating that I wanted them straight and evenly spaced, she snapped and she threw the metal tool at me and yelled at me in front of everyone in the salon, “Here! You do it yourself!" Although I was upset, angry, insulted and embarrassed, I calmly proceeded to space out the rhinestones in a straight row on one finger so that she could see what I was trying to explain to her as there was a language barrier. She then proceeded to place the rest of the rhinestones crookedly, unevenly spaced, and left excess glue on my nails. I was not offered a refund, discount, or apology! I felt devalued, disrespected, embarrassed and humiliated in front of everyone in the salon. My emotional distress has continued as I have an upcoming photo shoot and business trip this week and I went to this salon to prepare for these upcoming events. After calling in, I was able to get the mistakes to my nails corrected the next day, however, I had to take off of work to do so and they wanted to charge me additional money after having a horrible experience. No one should be treated this way and it's completely unacceptable!Business response

I apologize that you had a bad experience at our establishment. The sign in sheet clearly states that there will be no refund for services and we will allow 3 days for customer to come back to get it fix free of charge If they are not satisfy with our work. The customer came back the next day for one of our other nail technician to fix her work and was happy with her outcome. Regarding the addition charge was because the customer wanted to add more rhinestone then what was initially was on the nail itself. We added the additional rhinestone for the customer and she was happy with the result. We did not charge the customer additional for the extra rhinestone even though there suppose to be an additional charge. From my understanding the customer was happy with the outcome once we fix it for her. Thank you
