***** lied to me and made an insurance claim for service they did not perform. I went for a cleaning and checkup. He took x-rays, spent less than 2 minutes looking at my teeth. Told me my bones were compromised, I needed 8 caps on my teeth, and an advanced gum scraping which requires anesthesia. He refuses to clean my teeth (there's no hygenist present) and refers me to a specialist. I'm out the door with a referral within 10 minutes. I get an appointment with another dentist 2 weeks later. They x ray, clean, and examine my teeth. I'm informed that my bones and teeth are fine, and no I do not need a gum scraping. ***** files insurance claim for the visit, x rays, AND a cleaning. I had to file a grievance with the insurance to get them to pay the 2nd dentist who DID perform cleaning. *****'s office called me, and offered to take the charge off the insurance (saying I was 'dissatisfied' with my cleaning) but only if I would remove a negative review I left online for them. I refused to change it. They repeatedly told the insurance company the cleaning was performed.
