I went to Dirt Cheap in ****** on 5/2 after receiving an email that all luxury apparel was $25. Upon arrival, I found and later attempted to purchase many items only to have the manager report that they would be unable to honor the email and thus would not honor the prices quoted in the email. This was very deceptive advertising as I would not have planned to go to this if I had not received this advertisement. I drove over an hour to go to this business in response to this email. I left without purchasing those items as the prices reflected in the advertisement were not honored. I would like to protect other consumers from this deception.

On Nov 17th I was on my lunch break and I decided to swing by dirt cheap to see if I could find any good deals. I always go to the back of the store where they have a 90% off section that often has some building materials.. *** actually bought a set of tiles there not too long ago. Well when I went there Friday I found several cases of some floor tiles. As I looked at the label I saw the price I did the calculations in my head I thought to myself this was a good deal well without any employee assistance I loaded up six cases of the tile into my buggy and I proceeded to go ahead and check out. The cashier that called me over has checked me out before and I already knew that she was going to give me her usual attitude that woman has such a poor demeanor about it anyway that's beside the point so when she was ringing up the tile instead of 90% off they were in 50% off while I explained to her that they were located in the 90% off section that the whole lot of those tiles were and that's where I got them from but she called the manager over and you know with barely a glimpse you know he's like you know oh yeah the 50% off and there's nothing I can do so give me some BS excuse about maybe somebody move that the tag from the aisle over there but that's not true because the whole entire aisle had 90% off Goods in it and and these tiles were in with that group of merchandise so I asked him if they could you know give it to me for the price that it was labeled for and they said no they could do nothing for me with a really crappy attitude and they were very dismissive so I want to launch a formal complaint in regards to their misadvertisement of their products and poor treatment of their customers

Today Oct. 21, 2023 at around 4:45p.m. I went to purchase items from Dirt Cheap in ************, **. The last time I was at that location the manager said what ever it scans for online is the price it is. Today a different manager said No. It doesnt matter what is scans for depending on the price it is 40-50% off. I drove over 2 hours to get here and shopped for a long time had almost 2 carts full and left everything. If you are gonna tell people to scan items then you should honor the price at the register. The cashier(manage) should not be able to just decide not to honor it.
