      on February 10th ****, we came to this business to have a good time and the behavior of the employees was ridiculous. they directly tried to make me leave their business just because i asked if my group could play together. they kept verbally attaching me until they pushed me and my group to the limit. so we all left and when i tried telling the owner, he had no sympathy and would not refund me or my friends. he was a smart-**** to his customers and this was by far the worst place and most disrespectful place i have ever been too. they charged us $16.05 a person.

      We recorded this incident on our security cameras and have verified what happened. At the beginning of your second game, the teams were uneven and your group was asked if one would come to the opposite team to make it even. Your group wanted to stay together. If the other group agrees, that is not a problem. Unfortunately, this upset you enough to walk out of the game. I recall you said you were 'shaking I'm so mad'. You threw the key to the locker at the manager and cursed as you left. When you came back later, you and two friends asked about getting your money back. Our policy is always to not refund money, as you signed a release of liability that agrees to this and we have two large signs right by the register that confirm this. Instead, we offer game passes for any paid games you are not able to play (which were offered to you). After swearing at the manager and requesting the owner, you were repeatedly asked exactly what happened that made you so mad. You would only keep repeating 'he was rude'. We asked exactly what any employees did that you considered 'rude' and you would never answer. Your friend also talked about 'we're people and you don't talk to people like that', to which the second friend added 'we were breaking the rules but you don't talk to people like that' when an employee said you can't cheat; that's breaking the rules. If there is a grievance against any of our employees, we honestly want to know and will correct it- we want everyone to come and have a great time! However, disrupting the whole lobby and flow of a business without answering basic questions to perceived problems does not lend itself to a resolution.
