      Hello, my name is ******* ****** and I have been having floor issues in my mobile home kitchen area since it was pulled to my destination. I noticed that my floor was sinking in by my refrigerator and by one out the counters. I asked the guy that was working on my mobile home why was it sinking in it like that and his response was that the floor is settling and it will be ohkay. Months went on and I had other issues (I had to look for errors while I was still in my year warranty range) they sent people out to fix. I ask him about the flooring and why was it sinking in like this. The man checked around and he looked behind my refrigerator and notice it was leaking so he unplugged my ice maker and told me to contact Magic City. I have sent Magic City emails about the matter but nothing is being done. I received an email stating that the owner passed away and they are behind on things and they will get back with me and I was understanding so, I let them get done what they needed to get done on their end. I gave them some time and I reached back out them but their was no call nor email from them. I was told by a reliable person to contact the fire Marshall in my area. I have called and left numerous of messages but he hadn't respond. I want Magic City to come and fix my flooring in the kitchen, replace my refrigerator, and lower my monthly payments. I have been emailing and calling about this matter and the man from Magic City came out to my home and looked around but nothing has been done. Please help me get this matter resolved so I won't be surprised when the floor collapse. I just discover that my air unit inside is leaking water onto the floor by my third bedroom.       There is no ****** ***** that works here. I am ***** ******** and the owner of Magic City Mobile Homes. Most of what ******* has said has been an ongoing problem. I have contacted the manufacturer about her issues and thought they had gone to fix them since I had heard nothing from her for an extended time. The last email I had from her was Jan 26, 2023. and that was when I found out that the Manufacturer had not gone out as I was told. I had emailed them on September 6, 2022 and was told that the service was scheduled to go out on the next trip. That should have been within 2 weeks of my email. It wasn't until January that I found out that they had not gone to her home. I spoke to them the next day on January 27, 2023 and was told that they were really behind but it was scheduled. It is now 4 months later and I am just now finding out that they still have not been out there. 

      I can reach out to them again tomorrow and see if they have lost her work request or if they have tried to go do repairs and she was unable to be reached to set up an appointment with the service man. Unless I hear from the customer, I have no way of knowing if repairs have been done or not. I hate that we are having a problem with this. ******* is a really nice person, but I am trying to follow through on limited knowledge. as to if or when repairs are done. Her problems should still fall under the warranty clause.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. As long as the problem is fixed and resolved. I love Magic City and the staff I just need something to happen because this is a new mobile home.
