I just recently purchased from this company. An for one it was a long process. But I had the vehicle delivered to my home I was at work at the time of delivery. When I made it home from work I test drove it nice car inside an out but when I was driving I could hear the breaks making a high pitch noice so I immediately reached out to the saleswoman that sold me the car. She didn’t respond to me until later that day by calling asking did we like the car I told her it was nice r whatever but I could hear the breaks. She then told me all their vehicles get new breaks as well if it needs a new windshield they fix any this weekend Saturday June 24th I took it to Hattiesburg back to this company to be checked out as instructed. The man sat me down an lied an said he was gone contact the saleswoman for me. Yeah he contacted her alright I sat there an hr no one saying anything so I called her an found out she was on vacation. But to make a king story short I finally asked for a manager that never showed his face an the man came back out an got my keys to go ride an test the car he wasn’t gone long came back an said brakes an rotors was changed already an give the car at least a week an the sound will go away well I don’t see that happening when the sound done got worst an I have a warranty an Gap on the vehicle. To me this company gives off the type of energy that they only care about you until they collect your money off u because it was no problem with them talking an helping when they wanted my money but as soon as they got my money that urgency of customer service went away I asked for the manager because of lack of customer service in the building instead of him coming to talk with the customer he rather communicate though messages with his team that’s unprofessional.
