On April 26, 2022, BBB contacted the business regarding one or more advertising claims found on their website. The advertising claims state, "Butt Lift: Lifts your buttocks by up to 70% per session, instant results, results are permanent" and "Mississippi's #1 Non-Surgical Med Spa, on website, Facebook, and Instagram." According to the BBB Code of Advertising, https://www.bbb.org/code-of-advertising#Claimed_Results, claims relating to performance, energy savings, safety, efficacy or results for a product or service should be based on recent and competent testing or other objective data. Also, https://www.bbb.org/code-of-advertising#Objective_Superlative_Claims, superlative statements in advertisements about the tangible qualities and performance values of a product or service are objective claims for which the advertiser must possess substantiation as they can be based upon accepted standards or tests. As statements of fact, such claims, like “#1 in new car sales in the city,” can be proved or disproved. As of today, May 31, 2022, the business has chosen not to respond to any of our requests for modification, substantiation, or discontinuation of the advertised claims.
