*************************,************ with Cimarron Construction, was hired to tear up concrete from back patio. On June 10, 2022, he was to pour new concrete for the back yard patio. After finishing laying the new concrete down, ***** and his construction workers were suppose to remove old concrete and debris from the backyard. ***** and his construction workers had some words amongst each other. ***** said, he will be back to finish picking up the concrete and debris left in the yard. I paid him a total of $9,000.00. ***** promised if anything went wrong or If I had any problems or concerns with the concrete to let him know. He said he was committed to standing behind his work 100%. A week went by and there was no call from *****. I contacted him and he said he was swamped, but will be by my house. I told him how his construction workers had messed up an area of my yard with concrete from patio. I also informed him there was a noticable defect in the new patio concrete. He said again, he was behind on a job, but will be by my house, to take a look at the patio. He asked what did he need to remove the concrete and dirt, manually or the machine. I said, the machine. On June 17, 2022, I texted ***** and informed him that he promised me he was going to come back and take care of my yard. ***** texted back, guys will be there today, said sorry for the delay he's been real busy.June 22, 2022 sent workers with misunderstanding that they where removing concrete by hand, but they said needed bobcat to lift and remove concrete and dirt. I spoke back to ***** on June 22, 2022, said he was coming by on June 23, 2022 to look at patio and backyard. But, once again didn't call and never showed up. I would like for ************************* ************/Cimarron Construction to repair the defected area of the patio and remove the concrete & dirt out of my backyard. I have contacted him several times to come by and talk to me about my concerns and the unfinished work in my back yard.
