Your location Lifestyle Homes LLC ********************************************************************** **** estate agency ***************************** 65 points 3 weeks agoBuilder needs to have a check list that building super goes over prior to moving in:I was missing the following being done: no tile behind tub, missing door k**** to master bath,missing crown molding in powder room, missing trim work on one interior window frame,all keys not same (took year to fix),missing stove light bulb.Shouldn't take 15+ months after 11 month warranty list submitted to get items resolved. That's after repeated texts and phone calls.Had a water leak in my garage that took 15 months to address. Repeatedly asked to come look at to resolve the issue. At first told it was normal due to slope of my driveway.Discovered I'm the only home in Preserve section without an attic in the garage. It's a "standard" item included just like a door or window. Makes no sense that out of 20+ homes built in the Preserve section so far only mine doesn't have an attic garage!Be prepared to deal with constant construction garbage ,debri and dirt while homes are being built. Last townhouses closed in December and 4 months later building materials still there. Eyesore!!(Fieldstone Farms/******)
