In Q4 of 2021 I hired Garza **** to refinish 2 bathtubs and a walk-in shower. The job came with a 5 year warranty against peeling, flaking, etc. In Q4 of 2022 the surface of 1 bathtub started to flake in a spot. I began trying to contact ***** of Garza Bros. Eventually I reached him by phone and let him know of the problem with the bathtub. He assured me the warranty work wasn't a problem and the issue would be taken care of. He asked that I send pictures. I sent pictures to his cell phone by text. ***** has never called back to inspect the issue or provide the warranty service. I have attempted for months to reach him by calling and leaving messages. I sent a message through ********* Garza **** is ignoring the my contact attempts and not standing behind the warranty promises with the refinishing work.I am only seeking warranty work to correct the bathtub refinishing issue.Initial Complaint

5/17/23 I called Gavin ********************************************* to ask for quote on 2 tub refinishing. He asked me to send tub pics. He quoted $750 for doing both. Unexpectedly, he wanted to come right away THAT DAY to do job. I was taken off guard that he wanted to do it RIGHT THEN. I expected a meeting, then schedule a day for job. I went ahead & agreed. ************ came. They did tubs & afterwards ***** walked me through to view them. As far as i could see, they looked good. They left @7 pm, after i paid him $750 by check & was given receipt with warranty/ guarantee on it. Later that night, I looked again, I saw hall tub had formed numerous bubbles, large (melon size) & small, indentations in spots & above plastic covering tile,was lots of overspray on walls. I inspected master bath to find LARGE DRIP, as to appear the whole tub wall was one large drip/run. It also had some bubbled up spots showing AND overspray on upper wall above plastic, as well. The next morning I let him know, with pics supplied, of ************** blind broken by them putting tube out window. I decided to stop payment on the check until job was done & done right. I told ******** threw a fit saying "I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU DID THAT". I offered to reinstate payment after job completion. I gave in & stopped "STOP PAYMENT" He came that day to caulk and view flaws. He said, "hmm, I've never seen it do that before, we will fix it for you". He went on to add, "since i have to come back now, I'm basically losing money!!" ?? I nicely said, "I hate it, but that's not my fault your job messed up." ?? He did the caulking and left & said we would set up a time to redo. A few days went by & he was supposed to come back on 5/20/23. He texted to say his schedule wouldn't allow his return that day, but we'd set up return for next week. I agreed. 1 1/2 weeks went by with no reaching out from *****. I started calling and texting NUMEROUS TIMES w/ ZERO RESPONSE from Gavin *********************** $750/terrible job! & Razor stolen
