Kept the lawn tractor longer than first said he would, didn't keep me informed and when I called said "he'd looked at it and would tell me about it tomorrow". When he did call said it "wasn't worth fixing, too much wrong" and didn't say what was wrong. Called back and said I owed more than the $85.60 he charged me to look at it, but didn't say how much and hung up on me. When I went in I asked him what was wrong with it and he said it was not worth fixing. I said but what is wrong with it and he started yelling that he had already told me everything wrong with it. I said he had only said there was a lot and that he had spent 2 hours looking at it. He yelled, " I know what I told you and I'm not going to tell you again and I'm not going to argue with you.". I said I only want to see what is wrong and that that is what I'm paying him for. He pulled out a sheet with problems listed on it that was very hard to read. I said I can't read this. Now he really began to yell and call me names and said he hated dealing with "empty headed people like me", he called me names and used profanity and told me to pay him and get out and to not come back. He wouldn't let me keep the list of things wrong after he said he would give me a duplicate. I am a 65 year old woman who walks with a cane and have done business with him before. He is always on the rude side and rarely helpful, but can usually fix the machine. He threatened to throw me out physically when I asked why I couldn't have a copy of the list of problems. I said I should call the police and he said go ahead, they can't do anything. I got my machine back after giving him another ***** dollars. He said he had put in a spark plug and a fuse. I paid him for a non-working machine over ****** and got screamed at in the process. An employee put the machine on my pick-up truck by means of a lift truck. I guess I'm lucky to have gotten it back!! I would never darken the door of that place again!!! Negative star!

This is the WORST PIECE OF $HIT business Ive ever been to! All I needed was a pull rope. No one else was in the store. I was about to pay and I had a call on my cell phone. He INSTANTLY STARTED CURSING AT ME for no reason and told me to GET THE **** out of his store!Ive heard he was like that but dont let others form an opinion for me TILL NOW. I FELT THREATENED and left. Good *****************

I took my tiller to this guy April 12,2022 it needed a new carb and an air filter cover. He agreed to fix it but said it would be 3 weeks and a 40$ drop fee. I paid the man and waited 3 weeks before contacting him. After the third week I began to call him once a week to check progress he gave me the same excuse every time that he had to order some parts and he's call me back we'll 6 weeks into this and he called may 23,2022 saying he didn't think it would be worth his time to order the parts and fix it that I can just come get it. I go get it and he had the carb torn apart in bag taped to the handle. I take it to get a second opinion and now no one will work on it because he already tore it down. He cost me 40$ 6 weeks of headaches and a 500$ tiller. When I took my tiller there I was very much prepared to pay to have it fixed not him decided to tear it up and just decide he's not going work on it. I don't understand how this guy is still in business
