Junk - Sound listening quality is good but the microphone is very low on the callers end which makes it useless for handsfree calls. Requested a replacement and it was denied by owner saying that its not a reason for replacement.Review from John H

This man is an absolute scam artist and a narcissist like everyone pointed out. I'm glad I was able to get him on the phone after several call attempts. I had issues with my bank and placed the order not realizing I was low on funds. I called him no later than 10 minutes after I placed it, and after apologizing and explaining my situation, he was incredibly rude. After I thanked him for his help, he said, "You're not welcome. You doin this is takin money off the table for me and my family. Think next time before you do this. Everyone is lying these days. I still might not give you your money back." Thankfully, he did refund my order, but I had no way of knowing until I saw an email because he hung up on me. It's like this man has never heard of a return. Do not order from him online, because once it's shipped, there is almost no chance that you will get your money back. I just got lucky.Review from I?S?L?A?N?D? G

WOW!! When you think of an ideal company thats rooted in customer service and satisfaction think of DMG Electronics. I kid you not. I ordered headphones through them and recived them right on time. The quaility is great but they started acting up a few days ago. I called and an actual person answered. Not only that he was great to deal with. Well spoken and knowledgeable he helped set out to get a replacement. I will be recommending and using them again. Cant say enough. Very happy customer. High marks DMG, if only more companies followed your lead. 10/10Review from Mike B

A great company to do business with. I accidentally purchased two of the same product & needed to return one. I called the number on the website, & the man I spoke with, who seemed to be the owner, was incredibly polite & understanding. He took the time to explain everything to me, & the return process was shockingly simple. I strongly recommend this great company that sells great products at a great ****** ********** give them a solid 5/5 star review.Review from Melissa M

Stay away. I didnt realize the product I was buying (pods 2nd generation was not Apple until after I ordered it. I didnt open the product. My request to return for refund was refused. I followed up with an email. The owner called me and screamed at me that I was stupid. Didnt I read anything? Did I just open the internet and push a button? Didnt I know I couldnt get Apple for 52bucks? Unable to get a word in edgewise I hung up. Buyer be ware! I purchased Pods Pro 2nd Generation Earbuds with Wireless Charging Case - made to look exactly like iPods. They sound terrible. Sounds is distorted in call mode (other caller can not hear you) and noise cancel does not work. DMG says it an IOS issue or my expectations are not correct and they work as they should. Very rude owner - talks down to the customer and said he does not care about expectations. Stay away from this company.Review from Keith S

I bought a pair of ************** about 1 year ago thru ******** ie, DMG Electronics. The earbuds have outstanding sound, crisp and clear... Really. Well balanced sound. So I'm surprised at the bad reviews. I told the guy "I guess i lucked out and got a good pair". He said "they are ALL LIKE THAT" Then they were out of stock long time. Now they are back advertising the **************... Hmmm? Oh, I also left them on the charger overnight and ruined the charging case. It still charges but doesn't hold a charge. Contacting them was quick and good for the most part.
